I went there today.Mai was busy and the only other worker was a guy ( been going there for years, first time seeing him)..it was the worst,.he rushed the job, feet felt unclean...was charged $30 even though I didn't want polish....Service: Pedicure

The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of Helen and Quinn. Helen did my nails and Quinn did my feet. I haven't had a mani pedi in over a year, they did a fantastic job. Whoever the boss is, she is very aggressive and talks at you and not to you. After looking through these reviews, I'm not the only one who has called her out on being aggressive towards her own customers. She really belittles your idea of what you want. Then sits and watches TikTok's while her employees are working their tail off. She didn't offer to help them nor did she come ask how everything was going. I didn't like her attitude and if she's reading this, I hope you have the day you deserve because you need to straighten up your attitude and treat your customers and employees better. I was there for one hour and I did not enjoy myself after the first five minutes of being there but I stayed because I NEEDED a mood boost with my nails. Helen, Quinn, thank you for being such wonderful people and thank you for doing a good job on my nails and feet. I'll come back to see you both. I hope I never see the boss again.

This man the only man there, cut half of my toe nail off, i ask him to stop. He was so rude made me cry.. and said he's the boss / owner..i know who the owner is Kelly's. So i went to another nail salon, they took a picture of and she said she knows the owner and will let her know... i been going here over 2 years, never had any problem expect for today, not one lady said anything, its okay call the health department plus took a picture of the toe in case it gets ineffective...Someone who's cares about customers services, i heard the owner won't do anything,, so reporting to corporateService: Pedicure

they were really bad they stopped in the middle of my nails to bend down and touch the toes. my nails came out crooked. she didn't even do my design, right

She was nice & i liked my nails but she used her nails to pinch & seperate my skin & the acrylic. it hurt i even said OW..i ended up with an infection where she made me bleed. monomer wasnt clean, or fresh. it was grainy and clumped her acrylic up, that’s how you know it wasnt good.Service: Acrylic nails

So I'll give a 2 part rating, as for me I only come to get pedicures and they do not disappoint. As someone who works on their feet all the time , they helpe relieve the stress in my feet and they take out ingrown toenails so well, root and all. I always leave feeling great because of how refreshed my feet feel. The 2nd part would be for my wife, she gets manicures and for the most part she does like it, but there have been a few times where's she's not as happy since they sometimes decide what they think is best for your hands, so my wife leaves a 4 star.

Worst nail salon EVER! I got a pedicure and they cut at least four of my toes cuticle and as I kept saying something about it they kept trying to go back and forth with me. They rushed me to pay as soon as I got out of the chair and then told me they would try to satisfy me by giving me $3 off when the total was $33. Not a clean and sanitary environment.Service: Pedicures
