Rooms are what you expect for the price… But the front desk lady was a little strange whenever I was confused on why I had to pay a deposit when Root had no information about that online and I went through Priceline. Nonetheless I paid it and got the room but it was just a little strange how she reacted like I was unintelligent or something. False advertisements are unintelligent along with a bad dye job and bad nails.

I've tried to call them over 20 times and ALWAYS get a "busy" signal.Can't do what I want to do on-line.They REALLY need a 2nd telephone line.Very poor.

Surprisingly nice for the price. Free breakfast. Clean nice room friendly staff. They don't really go above and beyond. But do their jobs politely and efficiently.only issue was one spotting of a roach. In my room. See one there's a million. I'd definitely recommend them if for some reason you needed to stay in the area.

Good hotel. Clean lobby and tasty breakfast. Employees are friendly and helpful. My ONLY gripes are 1) The fitness center was closed for remodeling and that the amenities (ie, laundry room) are very poorly labelled. 2) Housekeeping is horrible!!! They would NEVER provide hotel room essentials like Shampoo, Soap, Coffee packets. They would remove cups and glasses without replacement. Often, I'd find dirty cups in my bathroom sink. --- To be fair, this was a problem with 1 specific housekeeper, on days that she didn't work, houskeeping was very good.

I liked the hotel, clean and comfortable! I booked the room online for $ 54 per night. I added 2 nights on the next day.As a result, ive got $267.32 charge from my bank account.After I called them asking how did it come up to that amount, I was told that the price on a google is incorrect. That it’s supposed to be $84 instead of $52.The thing is the difference is $110, Which is, the exact amount of deposit they usually hold! Coincidence?!? I don’t think so!

We thought this was a great idea since you can park, fly and stay. Departure was great. We were told to can main desk upon our return to request airport shuttle (which they say runs from 4-12). We called at 11:30. He told us where he would pick us up. We had to get luggage from international travel so it took longer. We came out at a11:50 and he was no where sound. We called and was told he was there for 15-20 minutes. His claim is we called at 11:20. My phone shows first call at 11:30. He clocks out at midnight so we had to take a $30 taxi for 7 miles. The hotel wouldn't do anything for us. Is website says 4-12, they should pick up until 12. I do not recommend this hotel if you have a late arrival.
