Started here a year ago and love it. Tried two other legree studios but this is my favorite - every instructor is great and correct me whenever I need it. Worth it!

If you are looking for a fun way to incorporate low-impact but high-intensity fitness training into your life, PLEASE try this! I had been on the prowl to find a pilates studio for the longest time and came across this place using the Classpass app though they do have their very own as well. It's located in the heights and is sandwiched between a boba shop (bless!) and a Mediterranean restaurant. Checking in is easy and hands free with the front desk situated to the right when you walk in, and the reformers are evenly spaced across the studio with 2 bathrooms located at the back from both ends. They do provide small bins in the back for you to place your belongings, but I usually just keep mine right next to me, making sure they aren't blocking anything on the machine or in someone's path. Usually for your first time, whoever is your instructor will review the machine with you and ask if you have any injuries to accommodate your situation, but they usually always give out modifications throughout the class anyway in case your body just ain't feeling it that day. All the ladies here are wonderful and knowledgable instructors, so you'll definitely be in good hands. They also provide several class times throughout the day and the week, so there is sure to be a time that works well for you! The only thing I have to caution you about is how addicted you will get coming here!

A little bit about my bacI gave this studio 3 stars because I felt like the intro rate of $160 was worth it. I wouldn't pay the regular rate. Here are the things I wanted to point out: Pros: The owner of the company was helpful and responsive. She answered all questions I had and set me up on a Sunday which extremely helpful and kind. They have a nice intro rate for 1st-time clients either $160/unlimited 1 month or $30/2, classes They have a good design of grip socks, an open large and bright studio Parking was never an issue Some of the trainers give great workouts Cons: The majority (not all) trainers we're unwelcoming and short with me. One took it a step further by shushing me while trying to help another client. Doesn't encourage a community My partner didn't feel like the studio was male-friendly (we did see other males in class) I noticed that trainers waited for their favorite clients to start class even if they were a few mins late vs accommodating everyone The machines are older and so are the springs which make it an easier than normal on the Lagree machine The instructors Don't break down every aspect of the workout ex: move in and out an inch vs contract a specific muscle group etc. The instructors gave instructions that we're detrimental to the joints by saying to keep legs straight when they need to have a bend They didn't utilize the machine as best they could. Recommendations: Encourage a community. Most people only get out for necessities these days. Some people might be living alone and it would be nice to support the community see how it can grow. Consider replacing all or half of the springs if you replace half you'll be able to give more advanced clients a better workout and give new/beginner clients a manageable workout. (I know it's tough on gyms that's why I'm saying half) Consider requiring trainers to be up to date on the Lagree training courses. They have made a few advancements to machines and also on how to teach which protect the client's joints and make it more enjoyable. In the end, I would say this is a better workout than a typical reformer pilatiea class but not the best Lagree Reformer class. I think they have room to improve especially on the community and customer service.

Upon moving to Houston, I was really missing the Lagree studios I frequently visited in LA. Then I found Re/Forme, my saving grace! I love this studio! The instructors are fantastic and offer several modifications for an easier or harder workout. Both Sophie and Kaitlin are amazing instructors. The studio is well kept, and they provide you with disinfectant wipes before and after your workout. They definitely abide by the 6 feet rule. Will continue to come here for great workouts on the pilates reformer machine.

I used ClassPass to come here for about a year until I bought a membership this last May. It’s totally changed my body and mental strength. I only come twice a week and I’m much stronger than I used to be. All of the instructors are amazing and the facilities are very nice and clean. Love the cold lavender towels too!

I’ve been doing reformer Pilates for over 3 years but once I found Re/forme and the lagree method - I was hooked! Every instructor I’ve been to at Re/forme has been so helpful and has kept me showing up for over 150 classes! If you haven’t tried Lagree you need to!

Lagree is a tough workout that delivers fast results. I’ve been going to this studio since I moved to the area in January and this studio creates a fun workout environment that brings a mix of routines and instructors that can challenge those at any level. I would definitely recommend trying a class here!

An incredibly challenging, low impact, high intensity full body workout that leaves my mind and body feeling energized and strong! Every class is better than the last, the instructors are motivating and helpful, and the space is beautiful. Definitely my favorite reformer Pilates class in the city.
