I purchased what I perceived to be a new tire from this establishment that blew out within 2 months of me purchasing it, putting my life endanger. The manager, Jorge, ensured me that it was a brand new tire and could be replaced in the event of a blowout. When the blowout happened, I contacted Jorge and he informed me he would indeed change the tire. He’s now avoiding me and having other possibly illegal employees greet me instead of holding up his end of the guarantee.

Was a returning satisfied customer, until this past week. Brought them 4 brand new tires I purchased from TireRack to have mounted. When I came to pick up the last 2, one was mounted and the other one had a destroyed inner bead. They claimed I brought it in that way. It’s insulting that they wouldn’t take responsibility for damaging the tire and then even tried to charge me for the mounting of the 4th tire. Now I have a $200 tire that has to be thrown away. I will be taking may business somewhere else from now on.
