I injured my biceps muscle in a freak accident yesterday and my PCP advised me to see an Orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible. A friend at work told me about Fondren Orthopedics and I was able to get an appointment with Dr Randy Luo for the next day. It was very efficient and thorough process. I was a last minute add on to the schedule so I packed a lunch in case there would be long wait; however it was fast. I was done with X-rays and saw the doctor within about an hour 1/2 and the friendly demeanor and great bedside manner was a common trait of everyone I encountered from check in to Dr Luo. I would recommend this practice whole heartedly to anyone.

Dr Randy Luo and his staff are great. Dr. Luo answered all my questions, let me know how I'm progressing and what to continue with took time with me. They are also quick to respond to questions submitted via their portal as well, esp if you forgot to ask something during your visit !

Parking garage and the building get busy, so allow yourself time to park and find you way. But once you’re in the office, you learn that this is a well oiled machine. Everything from check-in to checkout was efficient and professional. I was in and out in less than an hour, including x-rays. Everyone I engaged with, including Dr. Luo, were friendly. Dr. Luo took the time to explain my diagnosis and my options. No pressure and very considerate of my concerns.

I absolutely Love going to Dr. Lou’s office. The most efficient place to go. Initial visit was informative and reassuring. I had hardware removed from my wrist. Surgery was scheduled promptly and was very successful. Post op appt was brilliant. Only couple of minutes after checking in, you are called back. I had cast removed, X-rays and visit with Dr. Lou all in less than 20 minutes. He is a brilliant Dr. and has the best staff. If I ever need anything else Orthopedic wise, he will be the ONLY Dr. I will see! Thank you!

Dr. Randy Luo, is the best. I went to him after having a scheduled surgery cancelled. (Glad I did previous doctor had given me the wrong diagnosis!) The level of care by Dr. Luo and his staff was the best. He took the time to explain may X-rays and just what my options were. I choose surgery because my thumb being so damaged. It went exceedingly well. I am still on the mend but would do it all again with Dr.Luo.
