Rude self-checkout assistant. We want to pay half cash half credit, we asked him and he said "you gotta select cash payment man". I was trying to return empty cart and the cart attendant said "Hey! Hey!" to me just like calling his dog from the park. We paying for our groceries not stealing and do not get treat like thief. Customer are customer, Randall's needs to re-train their employees on customer service.

Clean and convenient! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because you have to have the app to get certain deals. Great produce and selection!

I went shopping almost at closing time and the cashier treated me very upset, I couldn't complete the purchase and when I returned with a product that I was missing I couldn't pay and even the manager told me to leave everything there, I felt very bad. Even though I told him how the cashier had behaved and that he practically didn't want to do anything anymore, I left without being able to take the products to a customer. Terrible work of both workers.

Don’t be Black and shop here. All the 44 years on earth I’ve never had this type of treatment until I came to this location. Just let your employees know ALL BLACK PEOPLE DONT STEAL!!!! I’ll never come here again.

Randalls is my go-to neighborhood grocery store because it's just around the corner, always clean, and has a good selection. The prices are fair considering everything is expensive now, and the staff is friendly I know a couple of them by name (I've been going to this location for over 10 years). There can be safety concerns late at night but this location now has a security guard which helps tremendously. It's a convenient and pleasant place to shop for groceries.

This Randall's used to be a nice store with friendly staff and good products. I'm not sure what has happened here as of late, but this place has taken a hard nosedive in both friendly customer service and product quality. The past three times I've been to this store (I go once a week on the weekend) I've been meet with flat out rude customer service staff who are seemingly put-out by having to answer simple questions about products and their locations. Last week, I was flatly ignored by a woman working in the meat department when asking for help trying to find the bacon. It was so apparent that the butcher himself looked at her and me, shrugged and shook his head, and came around himself to help me. The deli staff are so rude to the point that they act disgusted if they have to come from the back to serve customers. Two weeks ago, two of the employees sat in the back, ignoring me and two other customers. They sat there in the back and chatted, occasionally looking up at us. You could tell they were hoping to wait us out so we'd leave. They finally came out but with huge attitudes. I asked if they had any saurkraut, and the one helping me looked at me like I was speaking Chinese. He said, "All we have is what you see!" I said you're telling me this store doesn't sell saurkraut anywhere in here. He said "No, we don't." Well, of course, I found some in the cooler section near the salad dressings. But, when I get home, I see the "pop up button" is already "popped" and some is missing. And this isn't the only time recently I've arrived home to find products I've purchased already opened and used. No joke, a package of Sara Lee bread turned out to have the inner packaging opened and bread missing last week; and a box of cereal was opened from the bottom and the inside bag opened and 1/2 of the cereal gone. Today, a cashier got snotty with me because I brought my own bags. This was after she argued with me about the price of some produce she overcharged me for. When I confronted her about it, she just said, "Nope, either you misread the sign or the sign is wrong!" I don't know if management has changed or what, but what was once one of the nicest and friendliest Randall's isn't worth a tinker's damn anymore.
