Seem like the issues here is the self check out worker. Never had an issues going to self checkout at any of the Randall’s. We’ll I went today and I forgot to clip one of the coupons I ask the self check out lady if she can just void this and I’ll go to the side to clip them and come back. She was so rude to me for no reason. I already apologized (which now I know I didn’t have to) and she made a rude comment saying “you should have already clip the coupon before going to self checkout.” Hello??? Who are you?? Things happens and sometime people think they clip a coupon but didn’t . For you to tell a customer that is wild to me. Not sure if it cause she’s older or what. Next time ima just take myself to cash register or go when she’s not working . I didn’t catch her name but she was a way older lady, like my grandma age. Never make any review but this has been a bad experience . I’ve been to this Randall only like 3 times total. Be for real. So rude for no reason

Went in to drop off some plastic film for recycling and got no help from anyone. Left and went to HEB. Dated store and dated customers (like me). Competitive prices. On my second trip, there was a very friendly employee helping me with the checkout process.
