? Located in the Midtown District, this is the closest grocery store to Downtown Houston without the high prices you'd find at Phoenicia (the only grocery store in Downtown).
? The presence of homeless individuals can be an issue at this location, and it seems that security struggles to address the problem effectively.

Park in the parking garage to avoid an armada of homeless asking for money. Some of them get angry and aggressive if you don't hand over cash. Store selection is ok and things are fairly clean. Overall not a bad grocery store option in Midtown.

Walked in and immediately saw a HUGE cockroach crawling across the floor. Security stated that was normal here. I left.

The people here are amazing. I got swindled by a homeless woman into spending over 1K on my credit card and many employees noticed something was wrong and put a stop to the whole affair. They could have just let it happen and get $1,200 in the bank, but they saw something was very wrong. The security guard on duty, the cashier, the employees around, and Judy above all. I didn't catch her last name or position title, but she helped me get that money back and even drove me to a safer part of town where I could get the bus home without me even asking her to do. I am impressed with the above and beyond care demonstrated today. The employees saved me today. Thank you.

The ladies in the deli department move so slowly that it's painful watching them . 4 people online can be 10 minutes. Considering that very limited plates of chicken and some sides.

I got a $10 credit from the home office because I didn't get my flyer on time and the management was so nice it took us all a while to get my $10 credit and get it working but I was happy and they also had some of the sales that I missed on the previous flyer they still had him in the store so I'm quite happy and I will be shopping there again

Very expensive and a few of the ladies that work there are very rude for no reason I went in and I went out without buying anything even though I spent $100 every week and the cop said don't come back.

I always stop in for a drink and cash back! They are starting to remember me. I from Dallas and they remind me of Tom Thumb I believe it's the same company. Always good deals!

I want to thank Esther N. at Randall's for being an exemplary pharmacist who consistently goes above and beyond in her role. She's not only responsible and diligent but also shows genuine respect for people and their needs. I vividly recall one instance when she personally accompanied me to find an over-the-counter medication in the aisle, demonstrating her commitment to providing excellent service. Her passion for assisting customers is evident, and it should truly be appreciated. Thank you, Esther, for your exceptional dedication!

First time visiting the store and I wasn’t impressed but the selection. Very small selection for international spices etc. I can say the place was clean and SOME of the employees were nice and helpful. DESPITE Over in the meat department Darrel B. seems like he didn’t want to be there. Asked him about special cuts when the sign clearly stated that they will cut your meat to order, he denied my request. 6/10.
