? Located in the Midtown District, this is the closest grocery store to Downtown Houston without the high prices you'd find at Phoenicia (the only grocery store in Downtown). ? The presence of homeless individuals can be an issue at this location, and it seems that security struggles to address the problem effectively.

Park in the parking garage to avoid an armada of homeless asking for money. Some of them get angry and aggressive if you don't hand over cash. Store selection is ok and things are fairly clean. Overall not a bad grocery store option in Midtown.
