Town and Country pharmacy seems unorganized and unprofessional. Extremely poor communication with doctors as well as patrons. Take your prescriptions to CVS, Walgreens or another large pharmacy that follows standardized procedures and has professional conduct and communications. Save yourself frustration and headaches from dealing with a sub par, obnoxious person that does not meet the minimum standards the job requires, *knows everything*, but is clueless. Galling incompetence.

My fave store although slightly bigger than my usual 1 in Memorial. They definitely have the best sourdough bread at their bakery.If you use the Randall's app, you can get amazing deals and rewards if shop often like we do.Service was good and helpful.Plenty of selection and appreciated they had the bonus items from app that often aren't offered at my local store.Clean well kept store made it easy to get in and out .

Needs to update payment system. Made me waste my time. Online says accepts Apple Pay. Did not work when I got to the store. Now I gotta go somewhere

Great lunch boxes (best fried chicken in town). Nice porch to eat when the weather is accommodating. Mostly polite employees. But it takes only one rude a** b**** to mess up the experience.

Great pharmacy staff but the rest are all part timers who are looking for work elsewhere. Great bakery but the pricing is out of this world. Try H‑E‑B for reliable service and Fiesta for great bakery items at reasonable prices. This store has management problems. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. The best service guys are running for shopping carts in the parking lot. The good news is that Kroger is just a block away.

I went to get a flu vaccine yesterday as a walk in. Everywhere else that was open on Sunday had poor reviews. Tieng was the only person there attending to drive thru, the front counter and also giving people their vaccines (appointment and walk in). He was very professional and super courteous even though he had a lot he was doing and people waiting for him to attend to them. Excellent customer service and definitely deserves a promotion.
