Randall’s is usually my go-to grocery store but on my most recent trip I was informed that bananas were being priced $0.25 EACH rather than by pound which is absolutely insane.

Pharmacy doesn't answer calls or return messages promptly. I had to call several times before getting someone and then waited several days for the prescription to be filled, even though the medication is readily available locally. When they finally filled it, the pharmacy tech was rude and short. The lower cost of the prescription from them is the only reason that I went this route and even then, not enough of a savings to account for the issues.

I returned this Friday and every one of the scooters was not charged this is not a place for seniors with people with disabilities don’t want to shop I was told if you transferred up prescription that you get $25 gift card when I asked about my gift card the very non-friendly Pharmacist or pharmacist assistant asked me that I have Medicare and I said yes but I don’t have part DO you’re not entitled to it I said I don’t have part D and the only part of Medicare that would be pertinent to the pharmacy would be part D which I don’t have this is still the worst store that I shopped in and all my years of being in Houston not Randall but this particular Randall‘s Houstonians say if you go to a parking lot and you see Few cars in parking lot don’t eat there well I say if you go to a grocery store and you see no cars And few customers there don’t shop there

Horrible customer service. Rude and condescending pharmacy assistants backed by lazy, mean and rude pharmacist Crystal who lies straight to your face. She does not care about her patients and works at one pace- snail speed. She is the worst pharmacist I have ever had to deal with. I switched to them because it is a slow store. They fill very prescriptions compared to other stores and it still takes them longer to get it done. Lazy, lying pharmacist Crystal should have been fired a long time ago. Then maybe the attitude of the techs would be better as well. And they are better on the days she is not working. If she does not like her job she should leave and do something else or work somewhere else. I would give this store a zero (or less) if I was allowed to do so.

Rude. With the exception of the lady who works during the day, the pharmacy staff members at this location are incredibly incompetent and rude. They do a poor job keeping up with prescription orders placed and have the audacity to act as though you’re at fault when they cannot keep track of the orders. I understand that working at a pharmacy is a hectic job, especially in the era of COVID-19, but you chose this profession and this location. If you despise dealing with the general public, hospital and online pharmacies are hiring as well. Do better!

The most negative, disrespectful pharmacist. The ONLY option you get, when calling in a prescription, is to leave a voice-mail WHICH WE DID I HAD 3 WITNESSES. They tell our patient they never received anything, and when we call he hangs up on us. Then we call back to call it in for the sake of our patient, and he says "hurry up I have lots of covid shots to give".

The lady at the counter in pharmacy is RUDE. Please teach her better customer service skills 4/3/20. I use to think so highly of Randalls.

Manager literary ran away from me when I asked her for better copy of my receipt, refusing to make a copy... on my actual copy I can't see price at all, I think I been overcharged but there is no way to prove it because every time I come I get really bad copy of my receipt....
