Most rude person have ever called in business. He has heavy accent and he answered phone I did not understand what he said and ask if he spoke English? Made him instantly mad and he called me racist and told me "to get off his phone" so ok does not take much to make this man mad, imagine doing business with him... ohhh NO!

I called to inquire about a car window but spoke upon the coupon they have floating on the web. He said the coupon is old, i said I’m not sure what you want me to say about that but i need a *click*!! He hangs the phone up on me. I called back, sent me to voice mail, called back no answer!! Called again he finally picks up. He asks how can he help me, i said i tried to tell you but you hung the phone up on me, he says I’m very busy what do you want (2x) I’m very busy. This person is very rude and disrespectful and will never get my service!!! EVER!!

I don't usually do reviews but not happy! Went To Ramy's to have a headliner replaced, dropped the car off and I have to say my first experience with Ramy was good and we seemed to hit it off. He calls me the next day to say the cause of my headliner issue was a leaky sunroof, and offers to fix it for $425. As this is my wife's car, I say go ahead. The next day I get a call that the sunroof mechanism is broken, and it will be $1800 to repair that. Claims it was nothing he did. After some heated discussion, I asked him to just get the car back together and I would be by to pick it up later. I go to pick up the car and Ramy tells me he is not going to charge me for the sunroof work that he did. Fine, Im cutting my losses now and thanked him. Go to leave and my car is showing a check engine light! Ramy sent me to a garage and they checked the code at no charge and were able to clear the code. I figured this was just a coincidence, but good service on Ramys part. The issue with the repair, which looks great is that the fabric has a terrible smell. I initially thought it was the glue, but Ramy says the glue doesn't smell. I brought the car back for him to see it and experience the smell, to which he says I don't smell anything. His guys and a fellow customer confirmed there was a smell. After asking to smell the glue used, and finding a leftover piece of headliner material it was determined the material was the source of the smell. Use Febreeze they said!! I said since you not going to do anything, I got in my car and left. So not only do I have a sunroof that is no longer functional I have a car that smells like a chemical factory. I will need to redo the headliner otherwise the car is ruined. Use this shop at your own risk. I personally will never return, or refer sunroof king to anyone.

I had my 2010 Honda Crosstour's Headliner replaced by Ramy & Polo this week, & they did an excellent job! Polo's craftsmanship is outstanding! And Ramy is very professional & accommodating. Thanks, guys! My car looks & feels brandnew! (From E. Silvas)

Been a regular customer for years. Takes care of sunroofs headliners etc. Took special care of my M3, and Turbo S. Most recently my son decided to lose a glass marble in the floor vents of the B9 SQ5. Rattled in there for months. Finally took it to Ramy and he took care of the issue promptly. Highly recommend.

PLEASE READ!!!The owner is a GREMLIN that only has two functioning brain cells to his name. There is no reasoning or problem solving because it’s beyond his capacity.Do not choose to give this man your money/business when you could give it to an honest and humble business owners who deserves it.Wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.Basic math skills teach us that when the bad reviews outweigh the good ones by a long hall your probability of having a good experience are not going to be worth the risk.Don’t do it. Ramy's Garage was recommended to me by River Oaks Automotive. I thought I had an issue with my headliner. It turned out it wan just the stripping for the rear window that was sagging. They fixed that issue plus another issue with my back seat while I waited. Ramy said the repairs were so minor that he would not accept any payment. I had heard that they were people of integrity that did excellent work, but this was beyond any reasonable expectation. I'll certainly will be back when I have more serious issues.Thanks, Ramy!

Took care of me really quickly. I was lucky they had in stock one last Nissan Altima sunroof. They cleaned up the mess that was there and the broken pieces of glass and installed it flawlessly. Price seemed very reasonable. Super friendly even said he'd take care of some other problems I had with a ding on my car door for a lot less than what I was thinking it was going to be. Definitely would take him up on that offer sometime later. All in all I was in good hands.

Don't take your car here. This guy is rude, impolite and disrespectful. I was given a price then told it would be three times more. Bait and switch kind of scenario. Not sure how this guy stays in business.

Ramy and his crew did a fantastic job with my Buick. The sunroof works perfectly. They were very professional and courteous. I ran it thru the carwash after I left... no leaks. I'll take it there for other work as needed.

Don't ever ever EVER take your vehicle to this scumbag. He is a liar and a cheat. Charged me 1800 to replace my condenser and radiator! I'm new to Houston so I really thought he was good based on reviews. I had a 4 ton jack in my trunk and when I picked my car up it wasn't there anymore. They all looked at me smiling and giggling and shaking there head as if to say gotcha stupid. Supposedly some guy name happy might of got me. I told Ramy that it was there and he said we don't need your little jack. I said I spent 1800 with you and y'all stole my jack. He replied and said " you spent 1800 to fix your car not for me to go to the mall, if you didn't like it you should have went somewhere else." He is a rude lying b******* Please go elsewhere! But what goes around comes around.

They double charged my card for my sunroof and wouldn't give me a refund on the second charge. I had to call my bank to get the charge removed and they didn't even fix my sunroof

There is no way that I recommend this place. I live in the woodlands, I went to a car wash that loosened my mirrors on my 6 year old Lexus Ls460. I called this place because on Google the way they described themselves they would be able to repair my side mirrors. I called and spoke to the man with the thick accent. I described what the problem was. I was told he needed to see the vehicle. I drove all the way out there with mirrors that wouldn't focus because they were loose only to get to this old, junky shop. I didn't even know where to park it was so cramped. I was told this guy I needed to speak with was in the restroom. He eventually emerged and came over to me reluctantly. He jiggled my mirror on the driver side and said it needs a new shaft and walked off. Never said he could fix it or how much it would be, he just touched my mirror with his unwashed hands from the restroom and walked off. I had to stop him and say, do you have any suggestions ? He said you need new mirrors. I left there and went to another body shop. They disassembled the mirrors tightened the spring charged 50 dollars and I was done. New mirrors would be over 1000. The other body shop I went to knee exactly what to do. This ramy guy just either didn't want to do the job when he saw my ethnicity or he doesn't know things he should know being a side mirror specialist. I recommend this place to nobody. 0 stars, waste of time horrible customer interaction
