A few years ago, I went in there to buy a pack of cigarettes, the manager was doing some paperwork. As I waited two men walked in and went and got a bottle of liquor. They came up behind me and the manager at that time waited on them instead of me ,even though I had been waiting for more than 5 minutes. I have not been in that Ralston liquor store since.
