Very bad service, the people who work there don't like it when you go and return the things that don't fit you. What's your fault that they don't have dressing rooms there so you can measure things, the people who work there are bitter?

Quality of clothing not great and the ac was broken. Sweating trying to shop is not a good look. Especially when it’s 100 degrees outside.

I just left this store to complete a return. I was asked for my ID even with the card I used, original receipt and ontop of filling out the “customer data” form. I’ve done plenty of returns and never been asked for my ID. I called Customer Service and told them about the incident and the rep said that wasn’t supposed to happen. I asked for the DM info but it could not be provided. I asked how would I know that my concern has been addressed properly but apparently the DM doesn’t contact customers. I believe this is discrimination and I will not be back to that location until there is w formal remedy. If corporate sees my review please review camera footage from today 4/21 between 3:25-3:40pm.

This place needs new management and new employees. Today I went shopping there I got two blouses I was waiting in a long line to pay when a lady tried to skip the line and said she was gonna skip us and the employees heard her say it. I told the lady that we were in line first and how could she just skip us. Then lady then said that she was gonna skip only me now ?♀️ I told her that wasn’t going to happen so when it came to my turn I put my blouses on the counter then the lady stands beside me and puts her stuff over mine and told the cashier to take her. I told the cashier ma’am I was here first and you heard her say she was gonna skip us. Instead of her checking me out she processed to check her out instead ?? how can staff treat ppl like that. If anything she should have told the lady she won’t be able to purchase anything. Instead let her have her way while I was pushed aside. The crazy thing is all the employees came from the back when the lady was telling everyone she was gonna skip everyone so they were all waiting to see how it would end ?. This is ridiculous how they can be nosey but not do what’s right. I normally would let someone go head of me if they just have asked instead of assuming they can do what they want. But end the end she got her way ?♀️ even if you call corporate they won’t do anything so I had to come on here and at least to let y’all know what y’all could expect from the staff.

I go where I'm lead to go many times. I was in Spring heading south and I heard the voice tell me, exit Greens Rd. I was guided here.There was a lady sitting outside this store. She asked me if she could have $3 to buy a pair of pants.I didn't have cash on me just a credit card. I told her to go in the store and get whatever she wants. While in the store, I told her she can get some underclothes too. I got her a pair of shoes.. similar to the ones she had on. Her name is Kristen.I was thinking of maybe going to a concert on Saturday. Bc the guy replied to a comment I made 5 mths ago on one of his songs. After a few replies back and forth, I found out he's on tour. This could be a new way to advertise? Just weird. Anyway, I don't think I will be going bc I don't know any of the new music.So, I looked at the concert tickets,general admission 42.00 plus fees.If, I could think about going to a concert and pay that amount.I can certainly get someone something they need for the same amount.Tonight, it suppose to get down to 65 degrees.I'm grateful to know.. she will have pants wear.She was happy ?
