It's been a minute since I've stepped in any Rainbow shop....for quick, unique inexpensive items for a simple event; they didn't have the item. We browsed anyways & left empty handed. Place was organized. Employees everywhere IF you need help. That's about it!

Haven’t been to this Rainbow in several years and I will not be coming back. The mgr was on her cell phone looking at HEB stuff . No one ever greeted ANY of the cust AND the line was long and there was one cashier while 3 stood there and did other stuff INSTEAD of helping. Pleas get a new crew because everyone was saying how they won’t be coming back here in the LONG line

Worst damn location I have been to. NO ONE SPOKE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. WHRN I DID MAKE IT TO THE CHECK OUT. THE 2 ladies kept going with their conversation. I leaned on the shirt on purpose just to see if she was oils acknowledge me. NOT AT ALL. PEOPLE SHE STRETCHED THE DUSTER AND THEY KEPT TALKING SMING THEM SELFS. DAMN TALK ABOUT FREAKING RUDE. I JUST SIMPLY WALKED OUT. I REFUSE TO SPEND MY MONEY ON RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIKE DAMN WHY ARE YOU AT WORK. THIS HAPPENED ON 10/26/23 @710pm. Closing crew is rude as phuck. Keep in mind there were only 2 customers in the store ??????. FYI THE Conversation was not work related. She was talking about washing dishes and working for a second job.
