My recent experience at Rainbow was incredibly disappointing. Not only were the employees shockingly rude, but they also had the audacity to give fake names when asked for identification. I spoke to someone named Karina over the phone, only to find out later that their name was likely fabricated. Similarly, when I visited on Wednesday, an older hugeee heavy see Hispanic lady named Angelica or Angelique provided her name, but when I called today, I was told that wasn't her name. She has the worst customer service ever! The inconsistency and deceitfulness are appalling. The overall customer service attitude was abysmal, leaving me with a terrible impression. I strongly advise against anyone considering working or shopping at Rainbow.

Rude and horrible customer service. Had an attitude and when she rang up my purchase I told her the price said differently. she went to find it, couldn’t find it and made show her but still didn’t change the price even though there was another one there. Didn’t say anything after the transaction, not have a good day or thank you nothing.

Had never been here before, first time I came was 2 weeks ago and now I want to come every weekend. Prices are extremely cheap and clothes are beautiful. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was because there are no fitting rooms.

Sorry excuse of a store, i simply wanted to do a return of a ripped item since they no have dressing rooms and couldn’t return do to the fact the manager said she could only do a exchange cause the price tag isn’t attached. Butttt my receipt is proof of the tags matching my outfit. Never shop here !!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
