Unattended, no one is there waited for over 30 minutes. The front doors were locked even though it's supposed to be 24hrs. This has happened at several other locations. It's so ridiculous how they don't have people working when they are supposed to be open.

This is the worst maintained store around. Evening and night crew are always hanging out not in their phones.

Everyone is nice and friendly when I am there. I just ask for two things. 1) Please bring back the Dr. Pepper slurpee, it's the main reason I go there. 2) Please indicate what pizzas you have, hate opening the box to find out myself what pizza it is before I buy it. Thank you.

Tried to use the restrooms and the woman's was out of order with no sign, the door just locked. The men's was absolutely disgusting and out of literally everything. And when told about it, the person at the register was extremely dismissive and rude. Your workers need to learn better customer service, I won't say the customer is always right, but when there is a legitimate complaint, they need to be respectful and figure out what they can do to remedy it.

I had an incident at this store that still leaves me angry. I had gotten off work in The Medical Center and as I live in Katy, this is about a 45 minute drive for me.I had already stopped at the Exxon gas station less than a mile away and they had closed already due to software issues with pumps. This was shy of midnight.I decided then to go to the next closest store,, 7-11 down the street, Hwy6 and Pineforest (or Pinegrove). I went inside, shortly after midnight, paid for 15.00 of gas and went to pump it. After I selected my octane and put the hose in the tank, The meter was still blinking asking me to pay..l assumed the cashier had simply not set the pump. When I walked inside to ask him, he refused to re-set it telling me that the transaction was cancelled, when I asked him to print it out, he refused and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for taking the hose out of the tank and hanging it up! Not only would he not print the receipt showing the cancelled transaction, he told me that he would not set the pump or refund me since I paid with a card. I asked him to call his manager, He proceeded to give me her/his number. I asked him again to call, as who who respond that time of night to an unknown number. He texted the manager, and then showed me the response telling me to come back on Monday to resolve it. Unbelievable! I then called for the police to come in order to have it written up. Of course, this is Houston and after an hour of waiting, I left. Aferwards, I decided to call the :manager: who proceeded to insult me as well. Is this what customer service has come to? I am still incredulous!. BTW, I would be considered a senior citizen to most, this cashier was young enough to be my grandson and I got jeers and insults from him. Very sad to see what the world is coming to.Please heed if you ever have to go to this store, beware! Not worth it.

I don't know 7-Eleven is new in Texas but I don't see very much of them the ones that are here seem to have really bad reviews the one time I went into a 7-Eleven it was a mixed bag I see what people were talking about with some of the staff being really mean but I did not take it to heart and the person that was there helping me with my order as well was able to turn it into a better experience for me. It definitely could have gone better but don't expect much when you go into a 7-Eleven in Houston it's not the same

You get a 1 just because you have to give at least 1. The lady behind the counter threw my change in Mt hand and it went everywhere. The other clerk was so passed off she stormed out of the store to get In her car. I will never stop here again. If you don't like your job get a new one.

Poor service. The cashier guy was eating salty chips and licking his fingers while cashing out customers. That is so disgusting.

Wish there was a zero star option. The previous gas station was WAY better compared to what it has become now. The coolers have not been working for weeks, the employees are always on their phones and barely pay attention to you when you're trying to pay, and when you ask for a bag for your goods, they straight up say that there are no bags. Oh I'm sorry, didn't know that 7 Eleven was struggling to buy bags for it's costumers apparently. The pumps either don't work of are charging different from what the price sign says. I'm never going back there so I'm writing this to save you a terrible 2 minutes of your life that you'll never get back. Hit up any other gas station besides this one.
