This is an amazing store! I have been here about 5-10 times and they are always very nice and generous. I would say if you go to Houston then surely stop by their store!

I did have a hard time to activate Ultra Flex plan for my spouse (porting from existing number), the store manager did a very good service to help me resolving this one (at a reasonable price), he is much more helpful to resolve problem than the Ultra mobile agent ( I call them dozen of times, each agent explains a different issue to me). Finally the number was ported successfully with Ultra Flex plan activated. I would recommend this store to others.
