Be aware everyone!!! My new car’s front end was damaged 2 months ago going thru a normal wash, belt got stuck or something went wrong while going thru the Carwash-a truck in front of us stopped and our car kept getting pushed by the belt in to the truck in front of us , causing damage to our car. It was clearly the liability of the facility. I have given estimate of repair to the manager Adam and he has not responded after 2 months. Very disappointed. I will unfortunately have to seek another avenue to get them to respond. By the way I was a customer there since they opened this location. So good luck if you unfortunately sustain a damage to your vehicle during a wash. Be aware!!!
