I have been going to the Russell & Smith Ford Quick Lane for oil changes regularly since I moved to Houston in 2020 since they offer a competitive rate for a synthetic blend oil change. Several times I felt that the staff was suggesting expensive maintenance on the car even though it was not needed. For example, during the pandemic, I purchased a set of four tires from them that had a 70,000 mile warranty. I had not even driven 20,000 miles on them when they started suggesting that I needed new tires. This was probably two years ago and I'm still driving on the same set of tires and they have plenty of tread life left.
One time I got upset, and mentioned to a staff member that I didn't like that they kept suggesting expensive maintenance that I didn't think was needed. Since then I noticed a decline in the service I received. I always purchase "The Works" package which should include a tire rotation and fluid top off. I am certain that several times my tires weren't rotated, and this is even though I purchased my tires from them and I recall them offering tire rotations for free if you purchase a set of tires from them. Additionally, they stopped topping off the wiper fluid in my car. Yet, they still mark on the sheet of paper that they hand you at the end that they have rotated your tires and topped off your fluids.
I highly suggest taking your car for service elsewhere. Even though they offer a competitive rate for an oil change, I would rather pay $10-15 more for an oil change than put up with their false promises and constantly trying to get you to pay for very expensive maintenance. I recall them once suggesting a $300 spark plug change for what is essentially 30 minutes worth of work (if I'm being generous) and maybe $50 worth of parts since my car is a 4 cylinder. At the time my car likely had 40,000-50,000 miles on it with the Motorcraft iridium plugs I bought it with. So a spark plug change was not really needed at the time. I understand that a large portion of the staff's income is likely from commissions, but their "recommendations" are at the expense of customers.
The poor service I've received makes me question whether they even performed an oil change. The last time I went in to get an oil change (this month) they forgot to replace the oil fill cap. I drove around for some time and then started noticing the smell of oil. I pulled over, popped the hood of my car, and saw that the cap was sitting under my windshield. I guess I know for sure that they at least opened it.

There is a closer dealership by my house but I travel to Russell & Smith for the great customer service.
