I tend to be very nervous getting my blood drawn. Tiara was a kind nurse who drew my blood. I let her know of my issues and she made me feel completely safe. That was probably one of the best times I’ve ever gotten my blood drawn. We chatted and it was a great distraction of my fear of all of it. I genuinely appreciate how she interacted with me.

Came for urine analysis, check in kiosk asks if I'm they're for urine analysis. I click yes, wait 45 minutes holding my pee. They call me back to tell me oh we don't do urine analysis here ?. Get your systems up to date, what a joke.

I normally get really nervous and/or pass out before blood is drawn. Asia and Tiara where very kind and distracted me and kept my attention off of the blood drawing. They managed do it all effortlessly and the process was quick and painless. It was really cool. Thank you :)

Unfortunately your kiosk sign in does not recognize me when I sign in with the bar code. My divers license used my middle name and medical uses my first name. So the scanned license cannot find my appt. I add no problem being serviced, but I just want to point the problem out. So when I signed in it told me I did not have an appt when I really did. I had called to get the appt because my printer was acting up so I could not print for a few days. Just pointed this out. Staff was great.

Went in with an electronic order confirmation from Quest Diagnostics I got from doctor. Came in at 4:15 and they closed at 5. Asked three different ladies about my test at first they said I had to have paper work and they don't have a printer. Called my orthopedic surgeon and they said go back inside bc it's already in the Quest system. Ladies argued with me and was very adamant about not doing the test. Seems like they were wanting to start their weekend early, bc I showed them the electronic confirmation and said this is a letter confirming from ur company that it's in ur system. She kept mom with the story so I told her it sounds like yall are just trying to close and don't want to let me in. I get that but I have a metal rod in my leg and I have to see if the antibiotics got rid of the infection and my appointment is Tuesday, neither of them seemed to care. I said have a nice weekend and walked out. Called my surgeons office and they said they were lying bc it's in the system and we literally had a confirmation code. These three ladies should not be allowed to work in the medical industry I will contact HIPPA for this. People like this give the medical field a bad name. Be better and if u can't find a different job bc it's is too important to lie to a person on crutches who can't walk and expect them to"Go somewhere that's open on Saturday" straight laziness and whoever manages this place should be ashamed of their employees I am fuming about the lack of empathy these ladies showed if I could give them 0 stars I would

Although I had an appointment at 8am and arrived early, and checked in, no one seemed to realize I was there. After watching people go in and out I spoke up at 815am and was immediately taken on.

i’m deadly afraid of needles but my phlebotomist was quick and reassuring. I didn’t feel much and wasn’t sore. the wait time was reasonable, come 10 minutes before so you can be seen on time. Overall, it wasn’t bad and I would definitely come back here

This location of Quest is always easy to schedule online and check in with app. wait time is minimal. The techs are super friendly and very good at drawing blood. I also get me results very quickly (usually the next day) I strongly recommend this location of Quest.
