The manager Roshanda is lazy and is training her staff to be that way aswell. It's not right. I get to this location at 4:41pm and check in using the kiosk computer. Only 1 lady in the lobby waiting. Roshanda herself walks out prior to 5pm and deletes me from the waiting board and tells me I need to comeback another day and to schedule an appointment because that's what she requires. I'm upset because if that was a policy, why does the kiosk allow me to check in as a walk in and absolutely NOWHERE is there signage to the public that they only accept appointments. Also when u call 281 752 6171 the recording says "appointments are encouraged but you will be accommodated without an appointment". She and her staff had no compassion and were rude and final with not providing service to me prior to 5pm as a walk in. The pandemic is over, this location is doing a disservice to the public and the Quality service that Quest Diagnostics stands for. She should be demoted and bring in a manager that is eager to provide fair service to all customers.

I needed a pre employment drug screen and it took me 3 tries to finally produce a sample. I had great anxiety about this situation and all the staff I came in contact were awesome!!! Very understanding and compassionate! Thank you for making my difficult problem so manageable.

The back lab staff was amazing so this has nothing to do with the lady who draws blood. But there is no way to speak to an office staff member over the phone, because I was not able to speak to anyone I wasn’t informed with the questions that I had. I ended up driving to this location twice just to finally be turned around because they didn’t take the doctors order that I had….Which could have been explained to me over the phone. The front office is exclusively ran by a kiosk system so there’s no customer service or human interaction

The nurses were nice, they were able to take me in a little earlier than my appointment time, check in through the kiosk was fast and easy after scanning the code on my phone, plus one of the nurses was so patient that she waited until I called my doctor to correct my year of birth on the order instead of sending me back to the waiting room.

Worst. What is the point of scheduling appointment if they don’t take you in on time? I came here early at 7.20. Apparently they also changed the working hours from 6.30 am to 8 am. My appointment was at 8.10. I checked in at 8.00. I waited till 8.35 and all the people were called in but me. I had to leave, because it’s insane. I took my son to school and decided to come back because I am fasting and I need to get it done today. I came back at 9.20am. Saw the manger, expressed how I felt and that this is ridiculous. Checked in again. It’s is 10.28am now when I am writing this review and I still wasn’t called in. Manager did not help, couldn’t even accommodate and get me in. Another patient came complaining that employees didn’t typed in his appointment apparently. No help. This is the worst location. Don’t go unless you have two days free.

Unprofessional known y'all dealing with blood which y'all can get yourself or other healthy people infected with something seriousfor not having enough sanitary structurethis people don't care about y'all safety they don't even wash their hands they don't even have hand sanitizer anywhere or soap they don't even have soap in the restroom so nasty unsafe unsanitary this place is ewwthey don't clean the chair spot after the blood work and they use it to fold the cotton they put you on after withdrawing your blood
