Worst testing experience ever. I was sent to pick up a test kit because the tech gave me erroneous instructions on how to do it the first time. Then I am made to wait 30 minutes and have to stop one of the employees to finally get what i needed. To her credit she made clear what wasn’t the first time. Still. More difficult than it hat to be.

The technician, name unknown, was excellent for my second straight time - not one bruise or mark as has happened in the past. Wish i could get her everytime. Very personable young lady who did EXCELLENT WORK --- Thanks and have a blessed day.

The technician did an outstanding job. I am mainly concerned about the wait time. My son came for blood test fasting since morning. His earliest appointment was 10:40 AM. There was an hour wait, in spite of us booking an appointment and showing up on time. My son had to wait until noon before he could eat, in spite of the appointment. That may be OK for a teenager, but there were many elders who were visibly upset with the long wait time. It looks like the lab was short of two people, but still the appointments were being issued. Extremely inconsiderate knowing that we followed everything to book an appointment. This facility makes a lot of money, but not doing enough to serice their customers.

Very crowded when the doors opened, but Audnella politely helped everyone get checked in efficiently and very professionally. Some individuals had not completed the check-in properly, but she took responsibility by stating it was likely an "issue" with the website. There was standing room only, but we were done with our appointment quickly. The phlebotomist was friendly and courteous, as well. I will definitely use this location for all of my future blood work.

The staff at this location is great, Very professional and friendly. But the computer system failed me. I made an appointment online, but when I got to the location, the computer check in could not find my appointment. I had to wait an extra hour to be seen.

My phlebotomist was excellent. I have tiny veins and dark skin. Even with me drinking massive amounts of water, I'm usually a hard/multiple stick. She was funny and nice and her skills were excellent. I didn't even feel the stick. She went right in and took care of business. As an RN, I must admit that my phlebotomy skills are not as good as this young ladie's. Lol! The fact that it was a Saturday and they got me in and out of there in about 10-15 minutes is also exceptional!

Arthur was an excellent tech! I know I have veins that can be tricky to grab, however those blood draws were relatively painless and the concern for patient comfort was appreciated.
