We sent the patient for labs - only a few of the labs were done and they claimed they never received the other lab orders which were all sent at the same time/day. The patient will now have to come back to repeat the labs. Very frustrating.

After waiting 4 business days for results, I asked My urgent care for the number to the lab to talk to them directly. The woman on the phone was SO rude and impatient. I paused while giving her my address to give her time to type, and she yelled at me “OK AND?? HOUSTON, TX COME ON FINISH.” Trying to confirm my email was a nightmare because every time she repeated my email she said the name “Robertson” which is not my name. When I asked Her to spell what she had to confirm accuracy, she literally screamed at me and said she was saying it correctly and if it’s wrong it’s my fault. I’ve been very sick and not in a good place, so this treatment compounded everything. On top of that, I saw In the date that they had my lab results ready for two days and never contacted the urgent care. I wouldnt Have my results if I didn’t call.

tengo muchos años de visitar está tienda e tenido varias experiencias malas con el personal pero aún así la sigo visitando x más de 10 años pero hoy tuve una experiencia muy desagradable una persona q representa el personal de la tienda acoso de manera muy desagradable a mi hijo de tan solo 14 años fue sumamente desagradable xq mi hijo solo visita la tienda los días sábados para buscar libros y este seños se le acercaba de manera intimidante y mi hijo se sintió muy nervioso y acosado x el señor .....m

Horrific!!!!! If you are trying to get Covid 19 testing in Houston, before you choose a testing center (Doctor’s Office, Urgent Care, etc.) MAKE SURE TO ASK WHICH LAB THEY USE. And if they use Quest, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I am on day 12 of waiting for my test results. My husband got tested on the same day at a place that uses a different lab and he got his results back 4 days ago. I call the Urgent Care I got tested at daily; still no results from Quest. Today they suggested I called Quest directly. After 45 minutes on hold, I gave up. They are still saying that test results take 3-8 days but that is a LIE. Quest is failing Houston and Houstonians during this desperate time. Avoid Quest at all costs. You’ve been warned.
