I have no reason to give a 1 star bc I didn’t actually see someone so disregard that. I arrived and there is a sign that says “closed until further notice”. Not their fault but just an FYI. Call before coming ?

My wait time was about 20 minutes and that was without an appointment.

I they had 0stars I would give 0 one of the worst of the worst labs I’ve been to cero customer appreciation and I waited 3 hrs and they never came and got me and if you have no appointment it’s worst they will like let not get you and never tell you nothing

Horrible customer service.
We were ignored. An elderly gentleman walked in trying to turn in paperwork. He was ignored. He did not know what to do.
Very very rude ladies and they were all arguing amongst themselves.

Very good service, the people who work here are very professional, the laboratory website allows me to see my results easily, I can also make payments on my pending invoices.

Made an appointment, when I showed up I checked in online and was called back in less than 5 minutes. The ladies were friendly and very skilled. I was in and out in less the 15 minutes.

We have experienced the longest waits in this place, for a urine test more than 3 hours of waiting, something incredible, they make you make an appointment on the screen you see how many are in front of you and in my case I had 2 people in front of me, they called them, they were not there and with no one inside the laboratory they didn't call me and kept adding names. The list was not in the room and they had not checked either. It's a lack of respect. If I could give less than one star I would.I also registered on the waiting list without an appointment in case there was any chance and I was still calling and seeing that those who called were not there, they also did not admit anyone without an appointment. There were elderly people outside. Disabled, what great insensitivity. They should allocate all the personnel they have, even if it is a technician, only for these tests and thus speed up the wait more.Inconceivable long wait for such fast procedures.
