The appointment system failed to register my appointment that I booked. After speaking with a lab technician, they told me that I must not have made the appointment and that I would have to wait as a walk in for up to an hour. They waited about an hour before calling my name and after letting about 8 other people get lab work that came in after me. I will not use this location again or use the appointment system again as it is unreliable.

All employees that draw blood at the Quest on Space Center Blvd , Houston, TX 77059 are excellent and painless drawing my blood. I have few and bad veins usually causing multiple tries. The Quest group (I referred to) are also very friendly and pleasant to talk with.

The person helping me was absolutely awesome. I wish I would’ve written down her name. She demonstrated pure love of job and helping people. The best I’ve seen.

The guy that took my blood was extremely friendly and efficient. I didn’t even know he had taken the sample. Did NOT feel the needle.

The appointment and check in process is great. My appointment was made online for 10:10 am. I arrived at 10:00 and checked in with the app that was texted to me. So easy! You literally just click the "I am here button". I was called back 2 minutes early and the blood draw only took a couple of minutes.

I go to Quest about once every 4 or 5 months. In and out in less than 15 minutes with an appointment. Staff is very kind.

I had an appt at 9am. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Phlebotomist was very professional, friendly, competent and quick.
