Very poor customer service… I have a patient that couldn’t walk long and was about to fall out… so I got a store walker.. I didn’t even walk in the office good when I got rush and about having the store walker in the office.. I ask the lady can you give me a moment to get her out the seat she continues to rush me.. like this is one of the most frustrating and heartbreaking experiences I’ve ever had.. I will never in life come back.. then when I ask for complaint number I got told why… just give me the number so I can go my way..

After I checked in for my appointment to drop off a temperature sensitive specimen my appointment disappeared from the que. No one would take my item without making a second appointment. My specimen was no longer frozen, or even cold by the time they would accept it. Very poor attitude. Poor service. Best to go anywhere else.

Located in the Randall's. Easy appointment setting, easy check in process, courteous and professional staff, clean, and quick processing. I had to wait a little, but it wasn't too long. I've visited multiple times and it's a pretty consistent experience. I'll be back.
