One of the best Quest locations I’ve been to— staff is friendly and wait times are reasonable. Shaniqua is always so friendly and has great bedside manner, she makes you feel comfortable.
Schedule an appointment online even with a doctor’s referral!

The tech with the dread locks and face tattoos was very rude and I could tell that she did not want to be there. I believe she said her name was Mia. It started by her coming into the lobby and telling us, "If you have an appointment, you need to check in on the kiosk." Since we had already checked in our phones, we told her this but she rudely cut us off and told us she didn't have anyone checked in. I brought her attention to the TV screen which had both of our names under checked in. She then rudely said "well then, come on." I went to the back with her and waited for the check in. She asked me my doctor's name and I told her. She grabbed tubes and began the blood draw. In the middle of the blood draw. I stated, "I'm sorry. I should have checked before but I want to make sure that you are drawing all of the labs I need. What are you drawing?" Her response was "I don't know. I just clicked whatever doctor you said." At this point, I asked her could she check. She then withdrew the needle and threw a piece of gauze on my arm and told me to hold pressure. She then went to the computer and listed the labs she had just drawn but she was missing one important lab that was timed and I advised her of this. She then told me that there were no other orders in the computer. I told her I had the order in the car and could go grab it but she told me I wouldn't have time to get the draw because they were going to close soon. I looked at the time and it was 1644. I advised her of this and told her last time I didn't need to provide the paper because it was in the system but I could grab the paper quickly. She continually refused to do my blood draw. I then went to the other phlebotomist and advised her of the situation and asked her if she could do my blood draw if I went to grab the order from my car. She asked me for my name and date of birth and told me the order was already in the system. The other phlebotomist apologized for the situation and did my blood draw for me. She was amazing and had amazing customer service skills but the first woman was horrible and caused me to have to be stuck twice when she should have confirmed the labs before sticking me and also should not have lied saying my order was not in the system for the simple fact of not wanting to do it.

Had blood in my stools so dropped off a sample with my name on it and all 3 weeks later they've lost it and I still have blood in my stools. Unacceptable.

First visit to this location for Quest. We had an appointment but the waiting room is very small and there were a lot of people waiting.
My wife and I had to wait outside the door of the waiting room and listen for her name to be called.
She was called back at her appointment time. Blood draw was quick.
Just need a larger waiting room

The in office experience was good, they were kind. I came back in for drop off and was told an appointment was not needed, “just come in and drop it off day of”. So I walked in, checked in, and sat there for 1.5 hours for a simple drop off. Ended up leaving to another location. Don’t come here unless you have an appointment scheduled or if you are prepared to wait all day

I walked in for my daughter’s blood test and we were in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and very gentle with my 1 year old!

Not just good. GREAT! Had problems with a second test from a different doctor that did not show up in system. The phlebologist was patient as I tried to call doctors office, and worked to get it through system. Amazing. Other phlebologists in that Quest location (Studemont) in past have also been kind and friendly. What a great team!!!

Dretta E needs to find another occupation. The phlebotomist was rude from the time I arrived at this location. I had made an appointment a week before my appointment. I showed up, sat down and she came out, called some names, looked at me and asked if I had an appointment, I told her I did, she said that I didn't, but I had the email to prove it. She left.
Another phlebotomist came out to get me. I waited patiently, then Dretta came in with a scowl on her face and I said "Im sorry you guys are so short staffed today"...no response. She ignored me. I handed her my paperwork, and told her that another doctor had also sent over blood work to be done. She rudely replied that I can only pick one order to be done because they're about to close. I kept trying to explain to her that I had made the appointment and if they don't do bloodwork at 430pm then the online system should have said so.
She then began to argue with me on basically how she's worked there for a long time and it's always been done this way. I've gone to this location multiple times and never had a tech say this to me when different doctors asks for bloodwork to be done at the same time. Never. So according to Dretta, I was only allowed to pick one of the doctors that needed bloodwork because she needed to get off at a certain time.
But why is that my fault??? I again apologized that they were short staffed, but that I needed all the bloodwork to be done. It was important as I have health problems that I have to get monitored often. She still refused. So I picked the one doctor that I would get bloodwork done for and then she says she can't do it because I have a balance, and I said ok can I make a payment plan. She said no.
That was also a first. I've never been denied to make a payment plan with quest. I am making multiple payments to doctors as I was in the hospital for a month and doing the best I can, and this Dretta lady refused to help me. I plan on reporting her in every way possible and now not only did I sit in 30 min worth of traffic getting there, but now I have to sit in that traffic going home, with no bloodwork done, and I have to reschedule my appointments because this rude, lazy excuse for a medical worker refused to do her job. She does not need to work in healthcare.
This was the rudest person I've come in contact with at Quest and I truly hope she reaps every bit of karma for her actions. Quest, please hire nicer people because this lady truly hates her job and it shows. I will never come back to this location.
OH THEY DON'T TAKE WALKINS DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They were turning people away without appointments. Even with my appointment I went through hell and still wasn't able to get my bloodwork done.

I needed a simple blood draw. I had checked with my doctor two days prior and they said they sent the order to Quest, so I made an appointment. When I got there the technician, Shakira, said that they did not have the order. I called back to my doctor they resent the order by fax. Shakira said that it could take up to a half hour to show up. She asked me to wait in the waiting room which I was fine with, but said I had a short errand to run and that I would be back before the half hour was done. She said to knock on the door (going back to the technicians as there is NO receptionist) when I got back. I did so and waited after knocking. A different technician opened the door to let a patient out and I asked her if the order had come in. She said 'why would I know that?' I started to try to explain, but she told me she didn't like the sound of my voice and shut the door in my face. I know you wanted me to let you know if I left, Shakira, so if you read this, I have left, never to return.

First off - the in-office experience was fine. The lady who drew my blood for labs was very kind. The issue was within 24 hours after my blood was drawn, Quest notified my doctor (not me) that my blood was lost or mixed up and the tests were not able to be done. My doctor's office called me. I've had to get blood re-drawn and my doctor's appointment rescheduled.
Here's the bigger issue - Quest is impossible to get ahold and get resolution. Over a week out, I have not heard from Quest. I still have a pending credit charge and no way to tell if they are still trying to bill my insurance.
This rating has more to do with Quest company and less to do with the specific location. Would love to find out from Quest what happened, what went wrong, and what are their plans for remediation.

There is no sign outside for Quest. It is inside, though, on the second floor to the left.
Went in as a walk-in, thinking I was going to wait at least an hour. The staff was friendly and fit me in within 20 mins.

Quest has the WORST customer service I have experienced. I had confusion with my account and results, so I called them. I have been on hold for 40 minutes and it says I will wait another 40 minutes. JFC hire more people to answer phones! A billion dollar company that can't afford to hire more people???

Scheduled bloodwork for a kidney transplant. I made the appointment about 2 days in advance. The nurse did a trick when she stuck me, and I didn’t feel a thing. I reacted to a sense of stinging when she changed the vials, she noticed and apologized for the discomfort and corrected the depth/angle of the needle. Very impressed. Side note. I am a ex-dialysis patient who used to get much bigger needles 3x a week. Overall better than I am used to for routine bloodwork.
