As always, it was easy to schedule an appointment online, the communications were timely, there was minimal wait, and the technician was efficient, skilled, and friendly. Excellent appointment!

Quest is a lab company more worried about profits than its patients and employees. I have been complaining about the disgusting vent and ceiling in the Quest closest to me (in the Randall's at Clay & Barker Cypress in Houston) for two years and it is still moldy and gross.

This place is a nightmare!!! It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment you’ll still have to wait at least 30min. The waiting room is small and the people take all day! I can’t even get my medication now bc they’re always backed up

unprofessional phlebotomist here. It was my first time here and totally horrible experience. I brought my dad for his blood work. I signed in and waited. A lady called a man who signed in after my dad. I told her to check if something wrong . She told me that I pick wrong time and told me that I do not need to sign in again she will do my dad after that man. We were waiting then that lady called another man and another man and told us that these men have an appointment. ok I understand that but the point is she know that she has appointments after that so let me know , she let us waiting for 30’ and told us do not register again.
