Office in 9th floor and you need to pay parking or park far to walk in. They will not validate your parking ticket. If known, I wouldn’t pick this location. Should note this for out-patient & walk-ins

The staff was professional and personable. I was taken a few minutes early, and the phlebotomy was gentle and thorough.Thus was a new location for me since you have closed the Dashwood and 6565 West Loop.

Very Rude lady in front desk to my son taking a physical to get blood work from this office….Not that she calm him down n mke him comfortable he is a child she was very disrespectful n I knw it was not her job to mke him feel a certain way but she could hve handle the situation more professional then telling him I’m send ur papers back n u hve to go somewhere else?I never experience that type of behavior wit a doctor etc dealing wit a child afraid to get blood drawn I will never go back again if his physical wasn’t mandatory for that day the way she handle me n son so disrespectful I would hve told her a piece of my mind n left but I had to think of how important this was to my son n his Sport he was trying out for…..Thanks

No. Switching back to LabCore. I get labs about every 3 to 4 months. Same ones. Every time this location tells me "Patient responsibility is..." anywhere from $140 to 627 is the range. I always ask to be billed as I know my insurance covers the lab orders. Thankfully I've been correct but it gives me anxiety to hear this every 1 out or 2 times that I visit.

My mother has impaired hearing and was there in person to request appointment, because she can communicate better with in person interaction. However, the front staff sent her away, refused to make appointment for her, and gave her a 1800 number to call instead. Of course she can’t call either, that’s why she went there in person to begin with. In addition, when I called the 1800 number for her, the automated system was extremely difficult and challenging to go through. This is definitely not an elderly friendly system!!

The employees are so rude on both locations here .if you need a test because you are sick you better go somewhere else and save yourself another problem do yourself a favor go some other location
