Never again will I file here.. they want give you a copy of last yr tax return. Saying they don’t keep them on file I know for a fact they supposed to keep them at least 3yrs must be doing so fraudulent stuff any body can make a lie sound good

I was so happy to have found a black owned preparation tax office and when I went in, everyone seemed professional. I was able to get a nice amount of money back so I was very pleased but when I got home I was going through all of the papers and I noticed that she had put one number wrong in my son's social security number so I went back the next day and I told the lady what happened and she almost seemed disgusted that I was there. She didn't even say that she apologized or anything. She just told me that the IRS will automatically send it back but now I'm still worried that they'll send me an amended form which will take me longer to get my money back. The way the lady handled the situation could have been much better and more professional. It was like they didn't expect for me to come back and ask them about it. If that had happened to them, they'd feel the same way. I will say this too...I've been filing all my life and this is the first time that someone has ever made a mistake like this. Her attitude gave me nonchalant and get out of my face vibes.Update: Yes, I did call but I was not pleased by the explanation or the person's phone etiquette. So since it is a walk in office I came to talk to the person who actually prepared my taxes which wasn't the person who answered the phone.

Sent a few of my clients here. This place been around a long time. They do good work and don't play games with your money. They consist and open year around to help. Not like the others, closed in March and don't respond to you. I recommend this place and advice to not jump around looking for a few dollars more.Ain't worth it...

My client was told in order to get a copy of her past taxes they filed she would need to file her taxes again. The tactics they use are unprofessional. I would not recommend this place!! I will be reporting them to BBB and sharing this on IG.

The representative who worked with me was extremely helpful and friendly. However, there were a lot of extra expensive fees and "bank charges" that came up that weren't properly explained.

Apparently these ppl got paid or personally know people who work there. You will not receive your cash in a hour that’s a lie try 24-48 even though they tell you only a “FEW” hours. The signs saying cash on the spot are a blatant lie to get you to come in you’ll get cash probably but it won’t be on the spot nor will it be in a few hours. If you really need money find a place that makes a check for you on the spot cause it’s been 16 hours & waiting and I have yet to receive a thing.
