Its a little musty and little cosmetically lacking, but there arent any house roaches or bed bugs and the rooms are tidy and linen seems fresh. Also the breakfast they provide is excellent without all the gimmick. Rooms are reasonably priced AND they provide a free shuttle to the hospital upon request. Honestly considering this is Houston it's a little unbelievable how great the value is and the beds are even decently comfortable. No screaming messy neighbors either. Very quiet and chill.

This place should be demolished. It smells and there is black mold plus the roaches that were in my bed. I'm super lucky that I didn't get majorly sick after breathing all that mold in.?

I stayed in a decent room for $90 that had two queen beds and a couch. The front desk lady on 9/23/24 was nice. Overall, you get what you pay for.

They changed our room 2 times
They still did not had our room right, the first room was smelly, did not had any bathroom supplies, the second room was already been used, bed sheets was dirty, used, bathroom was disgusting, smell was so bad in the room, and they kept our deposit too.

Was disappointed there was no pool as advertised.
Food and drinks: Had a nice hot breakfast with coffee and juice.

No hot water, faucets leak, broken glass on the ground from a broke patio door, pool needs to be cleaned and upkeep performed, room had dirty tips and rust spot in the bathroom
On the plus side. The clerks were professional and curtious. Parking was convenient. Beds are comfortable.
Will not stay here again. For the price it was not worth it. Would have payed a little more to stay at a better hotel.

Room 119
Roaches, A/C does NOT work well. I had it set on 61 high cool and the room was not cool. The phone did NOT work and the shower water pressure was barely there. When I reported to the different daily front desk staff, NOTHING was done. I do have video and photos to post as proof. ? Comfort Hotels are my choice-go-to-hotels....but this one is by far THE ABSOLUTE WORST in service, cleanliness, food.

The first room we got was discussing . It smelled old mold, and it was dirty. The AC didn't work, and the fridge didn't work, and the ac were nasty full of dirt . The second room we got was a little better but still the showers didn't work right the microwave didn't work we had to move it next room to a different outlet because the 1 we had was overloaded with 6 other thinks on it. One reason we went with them was for the two pools and fitness room, and both are closed up . The pools were nasty and had lots of trash around it. The room cleaner never showed up, and got us new towels or
took trash. Employees are not helpful and not friendly. The only employee who was helpful and very nice was the breakfast lady who made sure it was full and looking good. Very friendly person but she was the only one the whole weekend. I will not recommend this and never will go back. And the front desk lady's lying to you. The rooms need major upgrades and fixing from a real handyman .

I do not recommend this hotel. I left my Apple Watch in the room and they said they didn’t find it but I tracked it and it was there and then that night it was at someone’s residence and the next morning back at the hotel. So the desk girl kept saying she don’t know. After a day she said yes she has it and they”accidentally” took it home (since I tracked it). She says she would mail it to me but this never happened and you cannot talk to a manager. The desk people was a joke. Give you the runaround (if they will answer the phone).

There are a lots of Roaches in the rooms as long they don't get in your Shoot case or in yourbag's.

The place is ok for one night, the room is big but the hotel is old and with bad maintenance, we stayed more than one night and it was awful, just choose it if is nothing else available or for only one night

Hotel is very good location wise of you look to visit NRG stadium or center ..Almost walkable ..Rooms are fine for the price ..they have a good parking area in the premises..
Very near from Herman Park which is very a must visit for kids at evening
Just have one request to update the details on the hotel page and vendor pages that swimming pool is closed so people plan this accordingly..
