Because I value Customer Service, I am going to give my overall towing experience 2 out of 5 stars. The dispatch person, who I may believe is the owner of this company, was very cold, dry and flat and completely detached from me concerns as a customer. I am glad to hear that others have had great experience with his towing company, but I have to admit that I’m not one of them.

I believe Mohammed was God sent . The night before I got into an accident and had no clue what to do . I called this business first thing in the morning and Mohammed came to the rescue on time , very professional and the cost was reasonable. I will only use this service and recommend it to anyone i know . I am a very appreciative and grateful customer.
