IDK why QPower is only selling boxes and not subs

Purchased a vented QBomb box on EBay manufactured by QPower. Specification stated that box was tuned to 30 Hz. Box was actually tuned to 40 Hz. Requested refund/return, but QPower did not respond.

I bought a box for underneath my backseats in a ram quad cab and the box came like 3 days early which was Awsome and the box fit in the truck almost perfect, couldn't complain about that fit, but my 12 inch kenwoods did not even somewhat fit in the 12inch sub box and it was very disappointing, the bottom of the subs would not clear the inside of the boxs corners at all.
