“I have a cab-over camper with two larger LPG tanks. The guy at the LP tank sales place told me to go to Greens Blue Flame. “They are good people. They will take great care of you!” Absolutely true! I can’t say enough about Sylvia, Sean, Mike and Jocelyn. They went above and beyond to get the replacement valves I needed from overseas after hunting them down online. Got clear info from the supplier that is sometimes hard to get. So great! Especially for me, an older woman, in this space, I could have been ignored; but I was treated with respect, urgency and courtesy. I so appreciate them. You can’t go wrong when you need LP help! Highly recommended! Thank you to the team!”

I am newer to the food truck industry and Moe actually took time out of his day to do a walk through of my trailer and gave me tips and guidance on operations. “5 stars for Jacobi and an employee who said he was a fairly new at UHaul who were very helpful. They went above and beyond by staying back to help us make sure our equipment (trailer) was properly installed.
4 stars: I was also given a loaner ball-hitch which I returned today. But I found out they weren’t supposed to do that at this location according to the female employee today, so it was confusing. Instead of questioning if I was at the wrong location a couple times (which I wasn’t because I had their address on another receipt) it would have been nice for them (today’s employees) to just simply “Thank you” for actually returning the ball-hitch. Most people would take off—steal it! It’s rare to come by people who have integrity, so when you see it, why not appreciate it?
On another note, Jacobí and the employee who said it was his 1st day were wonderful.”
“I’ve been here several times over the last couple of months, preparing for a move. Yesterday, I had unused boxes to return for a refund. They had no power, and a long line of tired, hot customers, but they took care of everyone with patience and a smile. Their Internet wouldn’t let me process my refund on the spot (hurricane aftermath), but they took my info and called me a few hours later to let me know the refund had gone through.”

“I rent often from this location and the service & quality of vehicles is always great.
HOWEVER, U-Haul's corporate pricing practice of tricking you into spending more is disgusting.
I use U-Haul a few times a year for small moves of supplies between my stores and warehouse. I specifically use only this location because I can walk to it from my house. Charles does a great job!
I always schedule my rental online and "check-in" ahead of time to save time. I am VERY conscious of DECLINING all the extra services like insurance, supplies, etc. It is really tedious to decline all these add-ons because y'all move show the "decline" button in a very small font and it's in a different location on every page. It FEELS like you are trying to trick people into agreeing to an add-on service by wearing us out!
I rented a van on Saturday and I'm looking at my final bill and sure enough, there's a "Safe Move" charge of $15. I don't recall agreeing to this. It really breeds ill-will to sneak in these charges simply because I wasn't efficient enough in the "whack-a-mole" game of finding every "decline" button.”

“We had rented a trailer from another UHaul location, and could not get the rear lights to work. It was recommended we come to this location as they handle trailers specifically and we were so happy we did. Phil Fredrick (manager) and Erik were PHENOMENAL in trouble-shooting the issue which took a solid hour to diagnose. The problem was ultimately with our car and a a bad fuse, but they could not have been more patient. Erik in particular was dogged in his persistence in figuring out the issue. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Grateful to these men!”

“When I rented my truck and trailer I choose the closest location and they didn’t have one so they sent me to the uhaul in willowbrook. Wasn’t happy I had to further out. Little did know this was a blessing in disguise. Josh really took care of me he was so helpful. The next day he help me with an issue and was so helpful again. “It has been very hard for me this year and ya'll have no idea how much this company has help me . I am a single mother and the owner has been so wonderful to me .. I always pay on time so the few times I paid like 3 days late they have been very helpful.. ALSO put your priorities 1st why pay your car late ,knowing this is how you get to your job to pay all your bills ... DONT BE AN D*** A** LIKE CODY..PAY ON TIME AND THIS PEOPLE WILL UNDERSTAND IF YOU EVER GET IN A BAD SITUATION ..”
