They were supposed to send me a letter with something valuable for me from my friend. When I had paid some taxes directly to thm the day after they said the letter was disappeaed and it will last 3 more week's for me to get the letter.
If my letter does not arrive very soon I will be in problems but they will also.

Never ever use this company! They steal our load to their bonded warehouse and force us to pay the extremely high prices! They charged you more than $9000 for loading and unloading for one container which the normally rate is $300. Only one person worked in the warehouse, so they have to hold your stuff weeks long. Person in charge is very mean!

I came on 7 different occasions to try to pick up a package, 7 different occasions! The lady would tell me things like "oh we won't be there till 10:30am" when the posted operating hours are 9am to 6pm. For 3 days the place said open but they were never in the actual location to allow me to pick up my package. Just look at this place... disorganized and incredibly unprofessional....

I stopped by here yesterday to get some copies and mail something. It was raining hard. I got to the front door and it was locked with a sign that said "if door is locked, we are the the back room, call this number and we will let you in" I called and the lady answered and I asked if she could let me in. Her response was "what do you want" in a very annoyed tone. I said i want to get some copies and she said instantly "you need to go to fedex" I was on the way to work and FedEx was like 15 minutes out of my way. I asked her again can I please get some copies, she made loud sigh and told me "why Are you so fixated on coming here?" I literally laughed out loud, I feel sorry for the owner, this lady is gonna run this business into the ground. I live walking distance away and would use them for all my shipping, printing and other needs but I'll never consider going here again now. Customer service is king and this place has none.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!I dropped off a DHL envelope on Tuesday and until Thursday I had to call them and find out my package never left their store! My phone was on the slip and she couldn't give me a call to tell me DHL didn't show up!! She WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AT THE PHONE, SHE HAS ZERO ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! DISGUSTING PLACE AND PEOPLE WORKING THERE!! NEVER EVER GO THERE! DISGUSTING DISGRACEFUL!!
