Had the best experience at Pronovias Houston, I had been to two other bridal stores and didn’t have good experiences or someone helpful. Michelle assisted me today in finding my dress l, she made it so fun, really helped picking out the dress. She right away knew what I was interested in brought out dresses that I fell in love with! Third time was definitely the charm here at Pronovias Houston! Thank y’all and will be recommending.

I found the dress of my dreams at Pronovias Houston! My consultant was THE Chelsea, the best wedding dress consultant EVER! I had an incredible experience and the whole Pronovias team was extremely helpful, accommodating, and encouraging. I also purchased the most amazing veil from Pronovias and can't wait for my fittings with them. I know I am in the very best hands.My sister in-law found her dress here about a year before me, so our family has a great track record with Pronovias. Their dresses are just so beautifully made it is hard not to find your dress here!Love this bridal store and could not recommend more!!

I had only a few months before my wedding and didn’t think I had many options as far as dresses because of production time and needing intense alterations. Chelsea (bridal stylist) and Imane (manager) killed it. Chelsea called me before hand to understand what I was looking for and I instantly felt a sense of relief. When I arrived they were so professional, excited for me, knowledgeable, and personable. I had the best time shopping. Chelsea nailed the styles she pulled and I ended up finding my dress!! Cannot say enough good things about my experience.

My entire experience was amazing. There were some communication errors, however, they resolved without issue. My wedding dress was altered in many ways, we made it strapless and I added an over skirt. They heard my vision and brought it to life, I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and most of all.. I was comfortable!!

The Pronovias store in The Galleria is the best. They have a wide range of designs and styles for all tastes.I loved the way the staff treated me; my stylist Michelle was very helpful. She listened to me to see what I had in mind, and thanks to her, I finally decided on my wedding dress. Michelle even helped me try on different headpieces and veils to imagine the full picture.If you are a bride looking for a store with personalized attention and competitive prices, I highly recommend visiting the store.

I will recommend Pronovias to everyone I know. Chelsea was phenomenal! She contacted me before the appointment to make sure she understood everything I was looking for. All of the dresses I was interested in were already set aside and ready to go when we arrived. She did an amazing job making sure I found the dress of my dreams. We found my perfect dress in 35 minutes!! We celebrated with champagne as we accessorized the gown. I look forward to going back for my fittings and working with their excellent team. Phenomenal service at Pronovias!

After a long search for the perfect wedding dress, I finally found a gorgeous dress here! The store was elegant and inviting, they had varied styles for brides and other gorgeous dresses (think mother of the bride, bridesmaids etc), my stylist (Chelsea) is ah-ma-zing! She truly worked to get me different styles of dresses, and was extremely helpful in helping me pinpoint what I liked and didn't like so she could get me more options. When I finally landed on a dress I loved, she helped me visualize how I could modify certain things to fit my dream dress and gave me options in doing so. the other stylist (I didn't catch her name) was also very friendly and helpful when Chelsea was getting my dressing room prepared. I highly recommend this service to all brides to be! Planning a wedding is stressful and this was truly a fun experience!

Their dresses are elegant with good quality, they can be pricy but definitely worth it. the place is quiet and you get all that attention that you need as a bride. Eman is awesome, I have a really good experience with her, she is professional and knowledgable. I wish I could post my wedding dress here but I am afraid my fiance gonna see that before wedding lol.

This was our last stop of the day and by far the best experience. Jona was able to nail down my style in a handful of dresses and pulled several amazing gowns. I never felt pressured and was given space to think about each gown. In the end I was able to say yes to the last dress I tried on!Only con is that it is in the Galleria but I was able to call ahead and get clear directions for where to park and find the store!

I said yes to the dress finally!!! Pronovias quality and choices not just did not dissapoint me, they exceeded my expectations! The people of Pronovias were also very open and respectful! My consultant, Chelsea was amazing and helped me so much providing me with ideas and different choices and being patient with me. She was also a wonderful person and we chatted pleasantly throughout the process that made it all feel easier. Thanks to her, I managed to make this big decision and buy the dress the same day. Her suggestions on my veil and decorations were fitting perfectly to the dress complementing it in an elegant way. She pulled multiple dresses for me and assisted me in trying them. She also made sure that what she was bringing to me was in accordance to my initial requests ( budget, style, shipping date) that made it stress free. It is hard for me to really get excited and she made this for me. The manager was also super kind and approachable. So, THANK you Chelsea and Pronovias for your great help and your fantastic wedding gowns!!!

Michelle helped me find the perfect dress and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for the entire experience!!! It was an extremely elegant store, with A-class service, and I felt like extremely beautiful and cared for there. Every single employee is dedicated, lovely, and extremely attentive. They make you feel heard, confident, and happy!!!! They were also extremely patient with me as I couldn’t decide what style I liked, but with seamstresses on staff it was easy to envision what the end product could look like with some alterations. I love it here and couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!!!

At first I was hesitant to go here because of my budget being on the lower end but I called prior to the sample sale and inquired about their range of pricing for dresses. After talking to someone who helped me with this information I decided to try them out and wanted to see what they could offer me.I booked online for a 3 PM appointment. Michelle immediately greeted me when we arrived and knew of my booking details. We browsed through the dresses that were considered part of the sample sale and was asked what my budget was and told that most dresses started higher than my budget but she was still willing to help me look. Michelle spent a lot of time trying her best to get dresses off the rack for me but still be very considerate of my budget. The dressing rooms are so nice and have plenty of space. My family had two cute couches to sit on and attend comfortably as I tried on dresses. Bridal consultations are 1 and a half hour long when you book but I went over the that without noticing and Michelle still let me take my time and didn’t rush at all. She was so attentive throughout the entire time. She really felt like a friend. Her other coworkers even assisted from time to time and were super helpful as well.I did find my dress here! ❤️ We celebrated with champagne from there and took pictures with a “I Said Yes” Sign. I’m so thankful to have someone like Michelle help me with finding my dress and making me feel so cared for. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience. It was a breath of fresh air to have this wonderful experience as a bride. I definitely recommend going here and having Michelle help you find the one! Even her manager helped us with tips on alterations with my dress!Thank you for helping me find my dress and making it a beautiful memory to look back on!

I SAID YES to the dress at Pronovias! Chelsea was exceptional and made dressing shopping fun for my mom, sister and I! Before my appointment, Chelsea set up a video appointment to discuss my dress style and to show me dresses. One of the dresses I really wanted to try on was at another location, but Chelsea went the extra mile and secured that dress for me. When I arrived at my appointment, she had my top dresses ready to go including a bonus dress from an older collection. To my surprise the bonus dress ended up being THE DRESS. It was exactly what I had been searching for! I met other members of the staff who were all very professional. I highly recommend Pronovias!

This place is the top echelon of wedding dresses. It's beautiful, well designed, warm, and relaxing. Michelle was my stylist and she was an absolute gem. She was not pushy or overbearing. I told her my preferences she came back with dresses I actually loved. She made it really hard to make a decision. In the end she picked out my yes dress! I would have never picked it out on my own, she has a great eye. Although I didn't actually purchase the dress from the store, I purchased the same exact dress from a bridal salon in nyc because it was easier for me to attend alteration appts since I live there. However I never would have found it without her. If you're lucky you will have her as a stylist, she knows what she's doing!
