Excellent service! I came in not knowing what to expect. My car over heated and I was hoping that the problem wasn't too bad. It was bad, lol. But, Karolena literally took me to my car, showed me what was wrong with it, explained how the parts are suppsed to work in great detail, and inquired on my expectations for my car. From there, we were able to figure out our next steps, and I didn't feel hassled or rushed into a decision. I was able to get my car fixed at a fair price, and they gave me a complimentary car wash and vacuuming to boot! I will be returning for my future car needs and I will be informing my friends and family about this shop as well.

This is my first and only review I have ever written. And I must admit I should have written long long ago. The people at Professional Auto Care are amazing people. I have been servicing my vehicles there for many many years. I have been very fortunate to have them in my life. Not only has this team been amazing with my vehicles, but they are people I trust! Professional Auto Care is exactly what it sounds like - professional, and so much more. When I started working with them in March, Karolena's positive energy and dedication to the client's needs were clear and genuine from Day 1. I also appreciated how they try to make sure the customer saves money through in-depth questions regarding how long the car needs to run incase it intends to be sold or retired etc... I definitely recommend their services to anyone in the Greater Houston Area.

Service was TOP NOTCH!!!! I could not have asked for a better experience. The shop kept me informed every step of the way and checked in with me before making any decision. Paperwork was clear and straight to the point and the employees here are some of the most genuine and exciting individuals I have met in a long time. My company has been conducting business with this shop for some time now and we regret nothing! reasonable pricing, fast service and customer service. Ms. Karolena is FANTASTIC (& quite frankly deserves a raise, lol) she made the experience so enjoyable and exciting. Beautiful personalities just reign through this shop. I look forward to working with them in the future!!! :)

Words can’t express how much I appreciate Karolena and her team for assisting me these past couple days. I was sold a car that stopped on me in less than 24 hours and she took care of me! Let me park my car after hours, squeezed me in the next day, gave me a FULL and VERY detailed description diagnostic on what was wrong with my car and tried to help with a plan. Then while I figured things out, kept in touch with me until I was able to get a tow truck to pick it up! I can’t thank you all enough! Thanks for everything!! Please send your car to them for repairs. They are amazing!

Honestly…this shop is a Godsend. After being told that I needed a new engine by another shop, I was recommended to Professional Auto Care by another Jeep owner. They did all the right things to discover that I did NOT need a new engine. And they have it running better than ever. They literally saved me thousands of dollars. And did the job above my expectations.
They have earned the right to my business. Would recommend them to anyone who asks.
