poor service Do not purchase from this place the person claiming to be the damager she is a push over never listens to customers at all and she claims she is never wrong ! never will purchase again from this place reply to the owner . yes we painted because you sent the wrong part even though a vin number is attached on the order thru ops Trax is easy to denied once you have cash out on any part you will loos more client specially with the attitude which you treat your customers.

I've had account with them for almost 2 years and I'm highly disappointed with the way their business is been handled.I asked to buy a hood of 2014 Impala from them and they gave me 2013 old body style instead and charged me for the price of 2014, I went to them to talk to talk to them for a return after a month but they declined it despite me asking them to charge for late return penalty, they claimed I was suppose to know it was the old body style while auto fit would ask you if it's the new body style or old body style, they don't have a good customer service and they boss they have there are so rude. Highly disappointed and won't advice anyone to do business with this people because they are nothing but scam

Won’t recommend, bad customer service. They don’t care about if the parts are damaged or not, they just want the money, bought a fender and it was damaged and they claimed it wasn’t their fault. Terrible set of people

Having done business with this outfit for a number of years I was disappointed with the service. Even after calling ahead and ordering the part I had to wait quite a while before being attended to. Being charged more for using a credit card is like nickel and diming customers. It's something that was not normal in the past.
