I had to have the police officer at Nordstrom walk me back to my car because one of your employees was too confrontational with a vehicle..I have a picture of the car because he hurriedly packed it and got out..When I asked the guy on the bench,he claims he does not speak English. I believe the person walking behind us to see what I was doing was the driver behind the wheel.I will be following up on this..

I would have gave them 5 stars but I had some yogurt that they didn’t even try to get out until I told them. Even though I paid for interior to get washed. Who ever answered the phone to give me directions was great because I even called twice and they were very helpful and polite. Besides that one spot they did a great job.

The guy who attended me is the most mean and rude person I’ve have meet. The service is poor and mediocre the acts like he is the owner … probably idk ??♀️ but is a horrible experience! Should change the person in charge ..

They didn’t was my car, but I paid them too.I drive from the covered parking, less than 1 mile before stopping. When I did stop I noticed a spot of dry bird poop. That flaw caused me to take a closer look. I guess they wiped the car down, then dryers it. But there were quite a few spots along the hood, rear deck, and roof. I PAID for work They Didn’t Do! I TIPED for a job, Not Done!These guys ripped me off.

I drove 20 minutes away to the galleria, sat in my vehicle for 20 more minutes waiting to be greeted, I finally raised down the window to get the managers attention and he told me they were closed, mind you this was now at 4:20pm I’ve been here since 4pm and they close at 5. I asked him about the closing time he turned his head to continue doing what he was doing & said to me “I don’t have time to do a car like this I don’t know what else to tell you bye” it was such a rude and displeasing experience. A g wagon pulls up right after me and they start to work on their vehicle

I was going shopping in The galleria and I ran across this place. I have a new car and it had not been washed since I bought it 2 months ago. They sent me a text 1 hour later to save my car was ready and I thought to myself that that was a little soon but when I came out of the door and saw my car I said wow.
