The customer service is a joke. We nurses are multitasking and dealing with emergency but all “she” cared about is for me to provide icd code and to top it of she was very rude and arrogant. I wish I remember what her name was ?? she really pissed the hell out of me and made my day worser than it was.

Rose Mary did my lab work this morning and she did a great job. I didn’t feel the needle go into my vein. She is quick and efficient doing the job. Five stars for Rose Mary.
