Wish there is an option to give 0 rating. The people in this store have no idea about “Customer Service”. If you wanna hear arrogance in tone and lies, this is the right place. They ruin your clothes if you give them here for alteration yet charge big, and rudely defend themselves if confronted. Stay away from this shop.

Lovely experience! It can be a bit overwhelming shopping in the area as there is so much competition, but I’m glad I stopped here. I walked in about 10 minutes before closing, but they still greeted me and didn’t close until they helped me find a dress. They were very friendly and had multiple styles and colors. They were even able to tailor my dress in 2 days! Would definitely stop here first if shopping in the area.

I was in a pinch to find an outfit in a day and this place came through. They were even able to do alterations in a few hours so I had my outfit before leaving the city. It’s a pretty small boutique but there’s a generous selection of clothes.

If I could give them 0 stars I truly would. I trusted this vendor to do alterations on an $1100 outfit I bought from them. I didn’t bargain with them and paid them the asking price even though I KNOW this outfit was overpriced. They butchered it TWICE and ultimately I ended up taking it to a different tailor. (Used white thread instead of matching the outfit, had bunching on the sides, sleeve lining that didn’t reach the end of the sleeve and the list goes on…)This tailor fixed the outfit and due to return business gave me a discount. I later found out that the owner from Princess Couture went to the tailor and admitted that they did not do a good job on my outfit. They had initially said they would cover my tailoring costs and then backed out.Sadly, just another place that over promises and under-delivers.

3pm on Saturday the shop door was closed shut (locked) with “Open “ sign at the front display. When we couldn’t open the door, we knocked on the door a few times. A lady came out after a while and rudely said that “we are closed for lunch and will reopen in 15-20 minutes. Clearly this lady let us know what her priority was at the time. Terrible customer service.Please own up to your poor customer service instead of offering lame excuses . This means you have not learnt anything from your past one star reviews!

Princess Couture was one of my last stops on Hillcroft when I was shopping for a bridal outfit, and I wish I'd come across them sooner. Their clothes have the best quality fabric and detail work of any store I've been to in Houston. I was also pressed for time, and they were the only shop that could get me a custom outfit in the time that I needed it.Seema Aunty and her daughters were so warm, friendly, and attentive. They gave me time to consider my options and weren't pushy. Since shopping at Princess Couture, I have been referring all of my friends here for both party wear and bridal outfits. They have a huge variety of options and their clothes are classy and very fashionable; you don't have to worry about coming across anything tacky in their store!

Wow! Just WOW!If you are looking for a bridal outfit: before you hit up Harwin, you NEEEED to stop at Princess Couture first! I decided to get married in 2 weeks (Ummmm: cue the dilemma of throwing a wedding in 2 weeks) and obviously: where can a girl get a bridal outfit for her wedding last minute? Where can a girl find a dress off the rack and get it altered (thanks Pandemic Uber, Dash) AND add extra details, in a week? Princess Couture!I was greeted by the sweetest, kindest, most patient person you will ever meet at a Pakistani/Indian clothing store: Suhaimiya. Aunty Seema is just as lovely to work with.The clothes quality is top notch! Their prices are reasonable. For their quality, hand-stitched work, one-of-kind outfits and quick turnaround alterations: their prices are very reasonable.They also work with you to design your own unique outfits as well as help make your bridesmaids outfits too!Definitely my go to spot for semi-formal and formal outfits. I’ve brought my Palestinian in-law and my Puerto Rican friend to Princess Couture and both left with an outfit each! So happy have found this gem ?

I brought a dress for my daughter here and she absolutely loved it! When we walked out, she told me that she looked like a "very pretty princess." As a father, nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy in my daughter's smile. I highly recommend this place. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Princess Boutique offers the BEST selections in traditional clothing in the Houston Area! With unique styles, wonderful handwork and extremely helpful and kind staff, your experience will be unmatched. I highly recommend anyone need in need of traditional desi clothing to check out this boutique!

Best Pakistani outfits ever! I definitely 100% reckoning to go visit for Pakistani clothing and also bridal wear! They clothes are gorgeous and make from good quality material with best handwork designs! I should also add that the customer service is amazing!!!!

Going there was a great experience! They have the best quality products for either fancy events or if you just want to wear something nice. The prices are extremely reasonable and the owners and people there are extremely nice. You should definitely go there and at least chem them out, they are very easy to find too!

After visiting two other stores to look for my daughter's bridal dress, we walked into Princes Couture and were pleasantly surprised. The owner and the staff were courteous, helpful, and knew exactly what we wanted after a few minutes consultation. They patiently took the time to show us clothes featuring our preferences. They made my daughter's bridal dress within the time they promised and we were so pleased with the beautiful result. If you're looking for a place with a large selection of the latest men and women's Pakistani fashion that is great quality and has excellent customer service, Princess Couture is the place to go!
