Marcus arrived promptly and took the time to thoroughly assess my situation. What stood out to me was their respectful demeanor; he treated my home as if it were their own, taking great care to minimize any disruption. Always a very professional and personal service experience. All appointments are confirmed in advance. All employees are uniformed, personable, and presentable. We have eliminated pest issues dramatically.

I was referred to Preventive by another pest control company actually, and was very impressed with the reviews. I've seen their trucks driving around and they have memorable marketing, too. Everyone I spoke with was very nice, however there was some serious miscommunication. I was told that my appointment was FROM 8am-noon, which seemed probable because it is a rodent inspection, checking all over inside and outside for entry points. When 8:45am rolled around and no one was here, I called to see if everything was okay and was told by a different woman that the appointment would take place somewhere BETWEEN 8AM and Noon, which is not uncommon for a service appointment, but there is a huge difference in using the language FROM and BETWEEN. I was then finally told that the tech would call me with a 30-minute heads-up window. Great. 11:50 arrived and still no call, so I called the office again to see if the tech was still coming. Yes, but was in Deer Park, and we are in Alvin. Oh man. I've already been waiting for 4 hours hours, I can't wait another hour and then also still wait for however long the appointment is, my goodness! They did apologize for the miscommunication and asked if I wanted to reschedule, but that's just not something I can swing again, an all-day affair with insufficient communication. I understand that each appointment takes time and there are delays that happen, but the miscommunication and lack of communication and the extreme delays were just terrible customer service. Their office staff needs to be trained to use the correct terminology to describe what a customer should expect, and techs should be required to give some type of ETA update. That being said, we will choose a different company.

We have had a contract with Preventive for 24 years, and they have always been reasonably priced (I am a shopper and have randomly checked pricing with other companies through the years), responsive and polite with all requests, and thorough in applications. Marquei, our current technician, is knowledgeable and polite; most recently servicing a new property and making sure to get all areas Including the attic even though I suggested waiting to do the attic on the next visit when the temperature would be cooler (it was 96 degrees outside)!

Mark is an Excellent Service Technician. He is very thorough, professional and makes sure that all of our concerns are addressed. Preventive Pest takes care of all of our pest control needs in and outside our home. Been a satisfied customer for many years.

Prompt and polite service! They treat the inside, outside, and yard. Our home backs up to a green space, and when we first moved in, we noticed a lot of bugs. After starting with Preventive, we rarely deal with any.

I had an urgent ant problem and called Preventative on short notice. I was incredibly impressed with Marquei, the technician who responded. He was not only prompt but went above and beyond in his approach. He conducted a thorough inspection to trace the source and took extra measures to remedy. I highly recommend for anyone, Marquei provided exceptional service!!!

Marquei was professional and explained what he was going to do and even setup another appointment to do the outside because it was raining and didn't feel it was best to treat the outside because of the weather.
