Worst pest control service I've ever received. They no show after confirming visit and manager never followed up, it's been going on 3 weeks. Don’t waste your money techs are rude and not held accountable. How do they only have one tech in my area?

I called for termite issues.
Inspection and Sale: Michael D. gave me thorough and honest information, no hard sales, timely, and overall made me feel very comfortable and confident with the process.
Bonus: The price is the best there is.
I’ve had 4 other quotes, and the value along with Preventive Pest services is unmatched.
The appt. was schedule for the next day.
Service: Casey P. called exactly 30 min. ahead and arrived on time. He informed me what he’d done once he was finished. Casey was prompt, professional, pleasant, and easy to work with.
I HIGHLY recommend Preventative Pest Control!

Hired preventive last year to help with my spider web situation for my business. The original guy that came out was very detailed and sounded like they were going to take care of me. They sent someone else to come out and spray and get rid of the webs. He came by for 5 min sprayed the interior and left. I took down the webs. Weeks later the situation never got better. I called to express my frustrations no one came back out. I called again and told them I hired Terminex to take care of me. They said the contract is calncelled. I just recieved a derogatory on my credit report from preventive stating I owe them a balance. I would save yourself the trouble of dealing with incompetence. Ill never recommened this company to anyone. Completly frustrating situation dealing with an unprofessional company such as this.
