People wash the vehicle kinda rust and quick it not really clean at some area, price little higher than other place service not actually perfect and i hope the owner know to fix that problem or owner better have a little meeting with those employees so.

I will rewrite this because I see the owner responded in a very condescending so please be aware of the owners! This handwashing car business uses false advertising, discriminates, are in fact rude, and shallow. For your information, Mr. Kevin, the interior being vacuum includes the seats, please research google, I will attach it for you, which implies the entire inside of the car is the interior, so therefore you should be running the vacuum across every inch of the car for one or simply make standard the outside, stop the fancy wording and say what you mean. The police were called as the business owners vowed to not give me my refund after seeing the awful job he and his staff did, and they laughed about how sad the business owners were for price gouging and downright being greedy and sheisty individuals. They said your business was indeed wrong and you guys should feel less than adequate, they said you were such horrible business owners and humans that I would have to take it as a loss being that you guys weren’t owning up to the very digusting job you guys did. I don’t where you’re getting your information but the officers were so disgusted by the work your staff did, they gave me the money you wouldn’t refund back, you guys falsely advertised the interior being vacuumed, the interior is the the seat as well not just the floor, my dash wasn’t “lightly wiped” hence very visible crumbs, it says the windows were included why were there still bird poop on them? I’ll add the standard wash info in as well and you go reread what you guys are guaranteeing and own up to your horrible business practices. You have a blessed day, you get nothing good getting off on hardworking people believing in you to do a job.

Worst car wash experience I’ve ever experienced, they false advertise about the standard wash, they do not include the seats in even the is a part of the interior of every of every vehicle but they do not specify before you pay for the service and the representative was very rude when I brought it to his attention, and refused to refund me for the service I paid for but never received ???

Been here 3x not coming back.
First experience- paid ~$40fast efficient wash but my truck came out with dirt still in crevices around trim/wheels and significant bug guts still on bumper
Second experience- they tried to upsell a more expensive wash but I declined and went basic again. ~$40 Same results, I asked them to wipe down dirt that remained after the wash and they gladly did but only in the specific spots I indicated, and I still left with a moderately dirty truck.
Third experience- today upsold on $76 wash which I was told was because my truck was “extra dirty” I incorrectly assumed this would mean that the truck would actually be clean when they finished
This time it was actually worse, there was visible brown dirt on all trim, big guts on bumper and when I asked they indicated the power washer and said “we power washed the whole thing - you have to buy more options, you paid for basic wash” I got spoke with the manager/ owner? and she instructed them to wash it again. They put tons of chemicals on the trim and scrubbed wheel wells, much more through the second time. Then used power washer inches (way too close) from my paint protection film and trim… which is definitely not recommended.
Overall this place seems to charge a premium price for a rushed wash that is no better than a discount automatic wash $76 for a mediocre wash is way too much!
Reason for 2 stars not 1 is that the gentleman who washed my car (in photo) went out of his way to and was willing to wash it again and stayed after closing to wash it the second time. - I think he is good people I still would not recommend this business as it operates today.

Great wash staff, stingy management. If you bring your car dirty they will want to charge you extra.. they will nit pick anything. Defeats the point of a car wash.
Went to Mister CarWash, spent $10, and then removed bugs from our trip myself with an $8 Turtle bug remover bottle. Took 10 min total.
Would be fair if they passed the extra charge to the workers, but that’s not the case. (I know because they don’t notify them that a car needs special treatment). What sorry people to work for.

Couldn't make it in the first day due to me coming in late. But today when I got in I was welcomed and quickly assisted. Very kind staff. My car looks and smells fresh. Quick and efficient work.

I paid 74 for something I could have done at home. The seats still had crumbs. I had to tell them to revacuum. My dashboard had fingerprints and no type of shine or smell. Didn’t wipe nothing down. Like what did you even do? The only thing they did was the wax. I will be calling them to get a refund of half the price! Never again!

I do not recommend going here. All the reviews are old. It has gotten horrible since COVID 2020. Doubling the price. Today they charged me $53 to clean my SUV instead of $33 because I had been to my ranch and had some mud... and they did not even wipe down my leather seats that my dog jumped in on. Everything clean except my back seats. They had the nerve to say that would have been an extra charge. 5 seconds to make a customer happy that you doubled the price on already. I own service companies, I get it if it is a big deal... but you up charged me and then refused to wipe off the back seat of a few paw prints. FLUSH THESE GUYS. Today they maxed out my coupon ticket - So never be back except one free time!! See their response, I did not try to strong arm I just wanted my car cleaned. They admit they charged me an extra $20 for mud from the ranch and did not mention a back seat wipe down charge. Horrible service!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called in advance to see if they knew how to wash Tesla CyberTrucks and they said yes. When my truck was finished, it still had all the finger prints, water marks, etc. The owner claimed the water lines on the hood was rust, I said it was not. He walked away and never came back out. Myself and one of the helpers got the fingerprints off with alcohol and then I had to take the hood water marks out with my refrigerator cleaner on my own at home. Paid for there Prestige Package and still had to clean it myself. Owner walked away and I thought that was horrible. I didn’t even raise my voice. I do not go to places that don’t take ownership of there work like this place.

I came here to get a big chip on my windshield repaired and I was worried that it wasn’t going to be able to be fixed but he managed to fill it in very nicely I was so impressed! Will definitely be coming back!
