I had a good experience with the staff, especially with Alejandro who has been very helpful to us, his work is the best, he is very friendly and always has a good attitude, the truth is I am posting the comment because now it is difficult to find people like that and I believe that should be appreciated

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I’ve been here for just over two weeks and they’ve been ignoring all my requests to fix a hole in the wall behind my stove. RATS come in and destroy my things. I’ve been asking for over a week to get it fixed and they keep ignoring me. They keep ignoring my calls. There are RATS in the apartment. Imagine the type of hell I will be living in for the next 11 months

I like the fact that there are armed security guards (men) on premises. Seems like a nice place to refer someone who's looking for an apartment. One thing I do know is they do work with people. Very impressed but please don't make me eat my words. Great job with helping the community when in need. I heard about your apartments years ago until someone I know that was in need with child was helped and to see them happy and relieved that their living situation was change was nothing but God! You all have a great day and keep up the good work. Having walked the property much myself but I will. Thank you

Was referred by a friend and was unsure if I wanted to move here but they went out of their way to help me and find the best apartment for me. We love the floor plan but the costumer service was the cherry on top. I look forward to leasing here.
Update: they never answer. Apartments are infested. Charging for fees that were never informed of!

Very very very bad the apartment very bad treatment by the office workers the cockroaches are part of your family once you move in they rob you in the face there is no type of security there nothing to do with the photos that are in the portal are not about to move here you have been warned but if you want to have your bad experience for yourself you can move

I’m very excited about the property. I knew and excited things coming to the property to accommodate their residents. One of things that I’m over joyed with is that the property recently added more lights to residential areas such as carports and residential parking areas outside of the carports. I feel very safe at night leaving and entering the property at night. So blessed to live at Preserve Westchase. Management is wonderful as well all three of them.

4 stars for the maintenance staff! I have to say that the best thing about this apartment complex is the wonderful group of individuals on the maintenance staff! I have had many issues regarding repairs that went far too long disregarded & neglected by the office management, however, the maintenance staff have always been curtious, kind, caring and respectful when they arrive to make repairs. They always have a smile on their faces when they arrive to do the repair work and those smiles can and often do make a huge difference to a tenant in distress. I want to thank all the maintenance staff members for their professionalism and kindness. Well done.

Netzue is really helpful and awesome to vendors like me! If you ever need anything at this complex this is the lady to speak to! Very attentive and understanding and will always be willing to help out!

Overall it’s an okay place to live but the office staff drags its feet for certain tenants when it comes to maintenance request, I sometimes have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for them to send someone out to address my concerns
