You're gonna love this store. They have a great eye for quality product. Only issue was sometimes they offer Tap to Pay, sometimes they don't. Friendly customer service for the most part.

Back in the day, this shop used to be 5 stars. After new management and the store remodel, it’s just not the same. The customer service is trash now. They never update the sold out items either!! I’ve tried to buy 5-7 items that say on-sale online. I even call the store before I pull up and they tell me the item is in stock. Once I get to the store and the worker looks for my item, they tell it’s sold out.. so why is it still online?! And did you tell me on the phone it was I stock!? Seems like they are looking at the website when I call to confirm if the item is at the store..This has happened on several occasions after their remodel. I miss the old premium lol I only buy the Houston tshirts now. Gotta rep the H!!

When this store says “first come, first serve” they mean, you need to know an employee or else it’s not even worth the hassle of buying from this store. Customer service is poor and there’s many other stores around the Houston area that will treat you with some respect. I’ve given this store too many chances and at this point it’s all insider information how to get certain releases and how to get someone to talk to you as a human. I knew big chain stores were about that but stores out here claiming to “serve the community” gotta be better.

I’ve bought shoes here plenty of times but I guess they got new mgmt or whatever because although they were the same race as me my significant other and I were definitely profiled (even though I was in scrubs and just left my medical center job) they were just watching us all weird like we were broke and I don’t like that . I won’t be buying here. I went around the corner were the shoes are more expensive but they have better customer service we were even greeted and given A business card

Couldn’t try the pants on which was a bummer. Asked about similar spots in the area and he sent me to Urban Outfitters…sarcasm I guess? Not friendly unless you plan to spend which is cool but you never know when someone could come back and blow a bag.Selection is fitting for the aesthetic of the establishment. Not bad. Just didn’t have sizes in what I wanted.

I found this place on yelp while looking for a shoe store close by. This place was more than I expected. The selection was great and the customer service was superb. Everyone was helpful, but I appreciate Cody for helping me understand how to look up shoes and how to find shoe availability using the QR code on the bottom of the shoes. He also was patient while I found more and more shoes I wanted to try on. I found a great pair of shoes and know I'll be back. Also, regarding parking, if you park in the garage, the first two hours are free.

Ladies at premium kids greeted us with saying "what size do you need?" Maybe they should go next door and learn from the guys at premium goods. Also when I said the shoes are too narrow. Employees response " what you don't like the price point?" Who says that? I just spent money next door. Super unsatisfied. If I could give a half a star I would.

Doesn't answer the phone at all, store is 30 mins from me and I've never shopped here so I would like to know if the store actually exists but can never get ANYONE to answer the phone, horrible service
