I was searching for a quality hand car wash business in my area since I’m over paying monthly for mediocrity. I Googled and read reviews about several businesses before deciding on Premium Hand Carwash. I’m beyond elated at the work done to my vehicle. The cleanliness was more than what I expected or could’ve imagined it to be.
My intent is to give them a 3.5 but for some reason, I can’t seem to add the .5th star. I would’ve love to have scored them higher but first impressions and are high on my list. When you tell the first person you come in contact with that it’s your very first time at the establishment, you should automatically receive, “hello and thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you”. I received…crickets but the guy was nice enough to walk me to the waiting area.
If your establishment is bilingual (staff, etc.) then it may be thoughtful to ask the customer if they prefer to be spoken in English or Spanish. Otherwise, everything was great and I look forward to my next visit to Premium Hand Carwash.
