I've always been pensive about groomers since you hear so many bad stories or experiences from pet owners, but I'm so glad I decided to bring my dog to Martha here at Precious and Snoopy Pet Salon. I did my research and called many places around the NW Houston area and this was the one place that was booked out pretty far for appointments. That is generally a great sign for a business!Martha from start to finish is very clear on communicating and giving her professional opinion for her customers. I felt reassurance immediately that my dog would be safe and also be given the best care one could ask for and expect. I know it can be scary to drop off your beloved pet to a stranger and I can confirm for you that these folks are trustworthy and caring.I took much initiative to train and discipline my 5 month old Pomeranian, Peaches, before her first groomer visit as I wanted to make sure both parties would have a positive experience. Needless to say in the promised time window, via both text and phone call, the salon let me know my pet was ready.Upon dropping her off and picking her up, I could tell how delighted both Martha and my puppy were. She did a fantastic job that exceeded expectations!!! It seemed Peaches had so much fun with the salon she wasn't ready to leave! Martha has a 2yr old Pomeranian there named Helen and they had become friends.I was so thrilled and as I was checking out I noticed even some of the earlier dogs that got dropped off were also very neatly clean and cut with huge smiles on their faces. It is very impressive what devoted and confident groomers can do for your pet and I'm so glad I found this business. Thank you Martha and company and I look forward to bringing you more business soon.

Have been bringing my mini bernedoodle Mimi here for years, and she is always happy and eager to be dropped off. Always get compliments on how adorable she looks after her appointment :) highly recommend

Great personalized service. I would bring her more often but they're actually pretty packed each month and in advance. I wish it costed a bit less but they're really nice people. We love taking her here. Thank you for taking care of ourDoggy Girl!

They did such a good job with our Kane! We took him to the groomers for the first time and they treated him very well. They were able to remove his shedding fur and made him smell great! I definitely recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond.

Had a wonderful experience here twice now with my dog, Lady Grey.She always comes back so soft and sweet smelling.I particularly like how well they de-shed her; her coat lasts a couple of weeks like that. It's awesome!f you can get in before 8:30am to drop off your beloveddog, they'll have them looking like a Million bucks by the afternoon!

I cannot explain how much we love this groomer. We have 6 shihtzus and they are our life !! A friend of mine recommended this place. I was skeptical at first because one of my dogs is very anxious. However I trusted since my friend also has a lot of shihtzus ! And let me tell you the first day I picked up my babies they were happy and looked gorgeous! I have been a customer for over two years ! I love how I know they treat my babies with love and do not cage them individually like most places. Will never trust another groomer with my babies.

My sister and I have been going to this groomer for 2 years they always take great care of our puppies and they always come back happy. Even my shy chiweenie with separation anxiety loves coming and is loved by everyone. You can tell they treat the puppies with so much love and care. This is the only place i’ll take my german shepherd and chiweenie

I have been using this groomer for a few years. The owner - groomer has always been nice except for today. I dropped my pet off at 830 and by 230 I had not heard anything. I called to check in and see about my dog and the owner berated me for even calling. She treated me as if " I was bothering her and lectured me about how she would call when my dog was complete " She was very rude and inconsiderate. These pets are part of my family not just an animal and no one should be made to feel bad for checking in on their animal. Not only had she been there since 830 but none of the animals that have been dropped off in the morning are let out to go to the bathroom . Imagine how you would feel if you had to hold it for 7+ hours.. Let alone the prices continue to increase. I have been a long standing customer but will not be returning. If a business is getting money from my pocket ,I worked hard for, I definetly expect to be talked to with courtesy and respect . To the owner , people do reap what they sow try being nice on the phone and realize these animals are part of the family. You used to be before your business grew . Maybe you need to remember where ypu came from to appreciate the people who trust you with their pets...

the first two times i took my pomeranian to this place it was great. However on her third time there they shaved my poor dog down to almost the skin. The owner then proceeded to be very rude and blamed my wife saying she asked for it and then claimed she confused my dog with another dog that gets shaved. Never again

It’s so hard to find people who actually care about your dogs and don’t do it for the money or at a fast paced like companies like Petco, and Petsmart, and even small business due to my past history I was very scared to leave my pup with anyone but Precious & Snoopy Beauty Pet Salon showed the most care for my dog. They are so amazing with all pets and I am so happy to finally be able to take my pet somewhere at peace. The owner and team members are amazing all of them. Communicate very well and my Lexi came back very happy !
