Their web site says, Go Hard or Go Home. I think I'd rather stay home than go to this place. The website makes it sound like a bunch of egotist go here. People working out without shirts, throwing tires around, etc.. When a facility focuses on mass, you just get a lot of members who don't know what they are doing. I've been in the business 35 years, and I ought to know.

Not we'll maintained. One plus is a 5$ day pass for visitors. Can't recommend when a new world gym is right around the corner.

Friendly place with friendly staff. Could use a bit of an improvement in the equipment and cleanliness, but I enjoyed my workout.

Very Impressive, OLD School Gym.. Owner was Extremely Helpful and Gym is NO CONTRACTS.Thats what I wanted. Hate the other places that take money from bank accounts..I signed up here right away

Awesome place we came out for there movie night we were vendors, check them out any weekend for a movie with great food right in the parking lot or break a mean sweat in the gym. You will definitely find us there ?

Awesome old school gym with a lot of great history. The horizontal leg press was used by Arnold and they have an original Universal lat machine. If you are looking to stay clean while you lift this isn't the place for you but if you want to hit a lift on some old school equipment with some cool history this is the place for you.

This place is totally awesome! Went here to film for the Harvey movie and the owner is really cool and laid back. He offered his place to be a shelter during the actual Hurricaine Harvey. Very generous person who welcomes everyone with open arms.
