Was greeted upon entry to my favorite PostNet as well as others entering for service. Had a great experience with Sonia today while shipping packages. Very helpful in creating labels for shipping, securing packages properly with shipping tape, and provided separate receipts as requested. Very professional and patient. Informed me of shipping options and asked which shipping provider I preferred. Once again this PostNet provided exceptional service.

If I could give this business 5+ stars I definitely would! 🙂The OUTSTANDING professionalism, AMAZING customer service, EXCEPECTIONAL quality of work and services, CLEAN, ORGANIZED and WELCOMING environment and FINALLY A ONE STOP SHOP. I like my prints and that I can drop off my packages, but the third time we came up there was weird. We came here to get our prints that was already printed, but told us we had to come back AGAIN because they didn’t put the coils on the booklet, which would take only a few minutes. Mind you, our third time today being there so they’ve helped us before. One lady, white with a red shirt on, told us she’ll have them done, but just come back and she’ll text. We said ‘no we’ll wait’. It’s just putting coils on the booklet. But they act very hesitant to do so, mind you we paid a lot of money for our stuff to be done and have it done today. We were the only ones there. She asked if I had a business and I said yes, & gave me a booklet right after about printing. I sometimes drop off here and my first time printing here. I already know what they do here, but I hope she doesn’t feel INSPIRED by my prints and thinking I’m showing my hand. That’s what through me off, because she didn’t tell or given anyone else about a booklet for printing, but me about printing for a business. Also, there was another same STACK of booklets that look like ours on another table. We thought it was others and ready, but said they weren’t finished. Mind you it’s copyrighted if you read the front pages. Why is it any consideration if I am or not in business to just print? This my first time printing here and last. I’ll drop off..probably. I’ll have to think about it.
